Small cottage with flair, near the beach & quiet location, private pool. This is a small cottage near Porto Cristo with a typical Spanish flair. It is peacefully located on a cul de sac and is about 1200 m away from the bay of Cala Estany with a super beach. The house is a semidetached house with a grown garden and a private, small pool. It has 3 bedrooms (2x double beds, 1 x 2 single beds), shower/bath, American kitchen, living-dining room, SAT system, large terrace with partial covering and pool terrace, small garden with plants typical for the land. There is a travelling bed for small guests. In 2006, the house was converted and completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new. The equipment, particularly the kitchen, is very luxurious and complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedsheets and towels are provided, bedsheets for the travel bed for children should be brought with if needed. From March to November, the house is
