Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This fully-furnished, lovely two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located across the street from the fabulous, white sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy this first-floor unit (no worries of malfunctioning elevators) with its well-equipped kitchen, including new cabinets, Corian countertop, all appliances; laundry facilities, WIFI. The Pergo floors in the bedrooms and all other flooring being ceramic tile makes for clean easy living. The screened lanai off the living room is great for relaxing any time.

Location is about 40 minutes from the airport; $60.00 taxi or $1.75 for bus/trolley ride ($.50); no need for a car. Within a block or two of everything - shopping,restaurants,fishing,golfing, medical center and CVS. Enjoy the great amenities offered including two pools, two lighted tennis courts and gas grills. Take a stroll back to the canal to view the wildlife.

Our association laws limit a maximum of 6 people allowed in each unit at anytime.

This property to so close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. The pools are quite protected so if it's a little breezy or cool the sun shining down on the pool area is still very comfortable. WIFI

Within 1 block of Santini Plaza which has several clothing shops, gift and jewelry stores,subway, pizza parlors, hair salons,hardware store, several restaurants, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, liquor store and Italian deli and a Marina around back. CVS pharmacy within a block. A golf course about 3 blocks away. Take the trolley up and down the beach. Take the northbound trolley to Summerlin Square and then a short ride #50 bus to the Tanger outlet. You can even catch the 50 bus directly from the airport to Summerlin Square and then hop on the trolley directly to our condo. No car needed for this wonderful vacation spot. Everything within walking, biking or trolley ride for lots of fun and an enjoyable relaxing vacation. Parking is available right outside our door if you do have a car.

Glass Doors on both Tub and Showers, Linens provided - even Beach Towels. Dining Area plus Bar Stools at the Kitchen Counter provide for formal or informal eating. The trolley runs entire Seven-mile Beach extending from Summerlin Square in Fort Myers to Co. Rd. 41 in Bonita Springs. No Smoking and No Pets please. A #50 bus from airport direct to Summerlin Square then trolley ride to within 1/2 block of condo makes for great convenient transportation, or take a taxi from the airport for about $60.00.

Deb, The previous reviews for your condo were spot on. It was perfect in every way & we couldn't have asked for anything more! Great location, great ambience in the area, 2 pools, shops & eating places virtually on the doorstep, directly across from the wonderful beach (where we watched the sunset & 4th July Fireworks which was an awesome experience). It was our first time in the U.S. and staying in your condo helped make our holiday just perfect....Thank You So Much......we'll definitely be back :)

Beautiful...

Above average temps, sunny most days. Were on Marco Island last month in a condo - this one buries that one! Well equipped kitchen, lots of lines, towels, etc.. We are used to a waterbed but this one was very comfy! Love this quiet end of the island and the conveniences of Santini Plaza.

My son and I had a wonderful experience staying in this condo and we would come back in a minute! The condo was lovely, immaculate, well stocked and great location -- right accross the street from the beach. The condo development where this unit is located is a beautiful, quiet location. In short, this is a perfect place to stay!
