Just completed over a million dollar renovation of this ‘20s Classic design home with ocean views from the two master bedrooms, living room, dining room and wood paneled office. Located above the Pebble Beach golf course, the most prominent location on the peninsula.
. The renovation included a new kitchen, five new bathrooms, five TV’s and both wood and gas fire places. It’s located only a mile to Carmel and less to the Pebble Lodge with sweeping panoramic views from Carmel Valley to Carmel Beach, to Point Lobos and beyond. We offer two double master bedrooms in the main house and two double bedrooms in the cottage and an unattached helps quarter’s single bedroom, a four car garage and private office.

This home is extraordinary. There are ocean views all the principal rooms and from two bedrooms. You can lie in bed and look at the ocean. The views are so beautiful that they seem unreal. The home was exceptionally designed, and much loved by the owner. The decorative objects are far beyond the caliber normally in a home available for rent. Two bedrooms, one with a California king bed, and one with a queen bed are within the main house. Two additional bedrooms are in an adjacent building, one below the other, each with their own entrances. There is an interior courtyard which is extraordinarily beautiful. Lemon trees are growing in the courtyard, as well as in other locations on the property. Some of the interior soft furnishings and area rugs are a bit worn, but were made of the highest quality. The kitchen and the baths are all new, and the build quality was very good. The home was imaculately clean, and the primary housekeeper is a gem. This is a lovely home.

Water conservation is important. Our average usage per month is $450. We will pay any bill up to $1000 per month and bill the tenant the overage.
