This charming apartment is located in the same building as flat no. 1 and 5. A typical old town house in on of the most beautiful areas of Nice: Vieux Nice – the old town. There is a wonderful view of the whole city. The house was built ca. 500-600 years ago and has since been renovated and extended several times. The entrance of that house is based on a stairway that is going up the hill of the castle. Therefor there are no cars that could disturb your relaxed vacation. Thus we have a nice combination of calmness and very central location in one. That´s really rare in the Old town. The neighbouring central bus station is a perfect starting point for trips to all places of interest at the Côte d'Azur.

But we highly recommend not to rent a car if you stay inside the Old Town of Nice. It is impossible to drive there and because of the good location of this house and the fast public transports you do not need a car!
