Dear vacation guests, thank you for your interest in our art nouveau garden house in Constance by Lake Constance. It is located in the heart of the old city close to Münsterplatz (only five minutes to Lake Constance) and is surrounded by multiple gardens. There are two single beds (100x200m) and a sofa bed (160x200m) in the art nouveau garden house (35m², with central heating) in which up to 4 people ca sleep. The dining area, living area and sleeping area are not separated by doors. In the art nouveau garden house you will find a small, completely equipped kitchen that gives you the ability to cater to yourself. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. You can use the back part of the garden. The seats offer you an enchanting view of Münster. Guests at the art nouveau garden house receive a residential parking ID.

The art nouveau garden house is located in the historical Constance old city (Niederburg district, pedestrian zone) directly by Münsterplatz where you will find streetside cafés and is only five minutes from Lake Constance. The closest bus stop and city theater are only a 5 minute walk away, the train station and harbour are only about 10 minutes away. Nearby you will find several cafés and restaurants, bakery, a bio-store, a book store, all types of shops, the culture center and an enchanting weekly market.
