Modern climate apartment in Völser Aicha, a small farm village on the southern slope of the Tieser valleyin the 'Schlern' nature park in the heart of the Dolomites at about 850 m above sea level. The apartment is new, furnished with Italian flair and taste and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, laundry room, large sunny terrace with a stunning panorama, garage and elevator. Ideal for 4 people. We offer you SAT-TV, ADSL wifi internet. Cleaning service or provision of fresh bread during the morning on request. We are not far from Bozen and during the summer and winter the lifts of the Seiser Alm or the Karer-Pass are 20 minutes away by Rosengarten. Völser Aicha is connected with bus lines to Bozen, Tiers, Völs am Schlern and Seis and has beautiful hiking paths that go past historical courtyards. The apartment is thought of for self-caterers, but nearby you will also find a pizzeria and a typical farm guesthouse.

Vöser Aicha is located in the nature park 'Schlern', which is a part of the southern Tirol dolomites. From here you can go on countless walks in the surrounding forests and expansive hikes like to Schlern, rose gardens or on the wonderful Seiser alpine pastures. During winter and summer, the lifts of the Seiser alpine pasture can be reached in about 15 minutes and those from the Gröden valley in about 35 minutes by car or by bus. In Bozen, 17 km away, you can shop in the historical old city throughout the entire year. During the summer, you can swim in the nearby Völser pond and during the winter you can go ice skating or go sledding on the nearby Tuf Alm. You are located in the heart of south Tirol and in a short tie you can reach the countless skiing-hiking regions and the most important cultural locations like Bozen and Meran. For an excursion, you can go to Lake Garda (75 km away) and to Verona (150 km).

Wir waren inzwischen zweimal dort und werden auch ein drittes Mal hinfahren.Die Wohnung ist super chic eingerichtet, sie verfügt über eine nagelneue moderne Küche. Der Clou ist die riesige Terasse, auf der man sich den ganzen Tag aufhalten kann. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, man hat totale Ruhe, der richtige Ort, um auszuspannen und Kraft zu tanken.Besonders soll auch der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter und seine Eltern.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Neubauwohnung im Penthouse Stil in ruhiger Lage und mit Panormablick (faszinierend). Man fährt per Lift direkt von der Garage direkt nach oben zur Wohnung. Echt komfortabel. Die Bilder geben im übrigen sehr gut den Gesamteindruck der Wohnung wieder. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist allerdings sehr klein und für Doppelbelegung mit 2 Erwachsenen nicht ganz optimal. Sehr angenehme und nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor Ort, auch im Vorfeld! Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Super Pizzeria wenige Meter entfernt und direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich sogar ein Bankautomat, einfach genial! Prima Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar-Markt etc.) findet man in 5 km-Entfernung in Tiers. Zentrale Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge Richtung Rosengarten, Seiser Alm, Bozen, Meran; vor der Haustür startet sogar direkt der Höfeweg rund um Völsa Aicha; sehr zu empfehlen, Natur pur! Bezgl. Ausflüge Richtung Seis/Seiser Alm sind 30-40 Minuten Fahrtzeit je nach Verkehrsaufkommen immer einzuplanen. Das Wandergebiet auf der Seiser Alm ist allerdings wunderschön, weitläufig, abwechslungsreich und gut erschlossen. Ideal auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Grandiose Landschaft, tolle Aussicht; bis dahin alles normal und nachvollziehbar. Sehr netter Vermieter und eine Ferienwohnung, aus der man das Gefühl hat, man muß die Möbel und Einrichtung mitnehmen! Wo findet man das schon, da in Fewo`s doch oft abgestellte, nicht mehr gebrauchte Möbel ihr trauriges Dasein fristen. Bei der Terasse haben wir überlegt, ob wir nicht am Abend unsere Urlaubskasse durch eine Gastronomie aufstocken; geschätzte 20 Tische hätten locker Platz gefunden. Das alles mit einer Abendsonne, die die umliegenden Berge in ein atemberaubendes Licht taucht!

Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen,
und hoffentlich auch noch einmal selber nutzen!
