The villa is a traditional Majorcan finca dating from the 19th century within walking distance of the picturesque mountain village Buger. From the porch with barbecue area and sunny terrace you can admire unspoilt views of the Countryside. The private swimming pool measures 9x5 metres with depths varying from 1,20-1,9 metres and is surrounded by a pretty Mediterranean garden. The house itself is full of character with many original features and traditional thick stone walls and cool tiled floors. From the large entrance a huge stone arch leads you through to the dining/living area with patio doors leading onto the terrace and gardens. There is a traditional wood fired chimney and Sat/TV, sofas and a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kitchen table and chairs and a cosy fireplace in the corner.

Very nice villa, built out of natural stone, located between the villages of Campanet and Sa Pobla. In its direct surroundings you find the caves 'Coves de Campanet' only 4 km. The area is ideal for bikers and walkers. From the terrace you get beautiful views through the countryside. The plot where the house is built on measures approx. 5000 m2, for shopping you go to Sa Pobla only 3 km. The villa is set in the northern Tramuntana Mountains only 15 km of the roman town of Pollença with its fabulous cultural centre. Narrow twisted lanes opening onto leafy squares lined with cafés and bars invite you to simply sit back and enjoy the view
