Notes: On the 1050 sqm property with a living space of 140 sqm and more terrace there are located: 5 bedrooms for 10 persons, 3 bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen with dish washer and a large living- and dining room with a cosy fireplace. You find 2 parking-spaces and sufficient storage possibilities on the cellar-basement. From March till November the swimming-pool is solar-heated, whereas warm water within the house is produced by solar-energy all year round. The dwellings have modern central-heating. The 10 beds are equipped with harden-adjustable slat-rusts and latex-mattresses (bed linen available on request). Of course, there are washing-machine, sat-TV, radio and CD-player and DVD Player at your disposal.

Die Berglage ist wirklich einzigartig: berauschende Aussicht von der Terrasse, dazu die meiste Zeit ein im Hochsommer angenehm kühlender Wind. Nur 5 Minuten Fussweg nach Begur, schöne Räume und Pool, sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort.
