Location, location, location! This cabin has been renovated top to bottom! It's 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, yet spacious and sleeps 10-12 people. The kitchen has all new top of the line appliances and the laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer. One of it's best qualities is the old Tahoe sandstone wood burning fireplace in the main room with high vaulted ceiling.
The cabin is across a small street from lakefront cabins and a park with barbecues and picnic tables. It's less than 100 yards from the water and provides easy beach access to many different parts of King's Beach.
The owner lives in Reno, NV and has taken great pride in owning a property at Lake Tahoe. As soon as the property was purchased, a complete remodel took place immediately. We love the outdoors, sports and all recreation activities so when we found the opportunity to own at Lake Tahoe it was the ideal investment.

Amazing location, quiet street with lots of lake views only seconds from the beach!!
We stayed at the cabin for 3 weeks in June. It was an amazing location! Great things about the cabin: location (!!!), comfortable beds, modern appliances, ping pong table and hammock. Cons: when we were there, there were no drawers to unpack and the Smart TV often didn't work. I shared this with David and he said he would take care of these things. It is important to know that the main bedroom with CalKing bed is actually a loft over the living room. The only bedroom with a door has a double (or maybe queen bed) and a twin foldout. David was incredibly responsive to our questions throughout our stay. You really can't beat the location.
This place is a gem. Its listed here at 2 bedrooms but there are a ton of beds so it can handle a lot of people. A nice big area with lots of seating but still has that cabin feeling. Walk right out the back door onto the beach. We barbecued, paddle boarded and had a great weekend. David was very nice and took care of us. We will be back.
This house is amazing. I stayed there working in the winter for 3 months and everything was great. It's really close to pharmacy, gas station, bus stop, 24h market and just 2 min in a slow walking to the beach. Inside is really confortable. The fornitures are news, we have space and everything that we need.
It's perfect for people who wants enjoy the mountain and the lake but also perfect for people who will work at northstar and The Ritz.

This is as good as it gets. I stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple very comfortably for a few nights in November. There was plenty of room, plenty of extra beds to bring more friends next time. It's been newly remodeled but still has that wonderful Tahoe feel with the wood burning fireplace. All furniture and appliances were top of the line and brand new! But best of all it is so accessible...Just a walk away to the beautiful secline state beach, hiking trails, golf for the boyfriend, Safeway, local shops and restaurants. We never got in our car once! Kings beach is certainly a beautiful Tahoe town to enjoy and this was the perfect place to stay. I will definitely come back to this spot and enjoy that lake view from the deck again soon!
