Villa Tramonto offers all comforts of a modern holiday accommodation. A wide open view upon the Capo Palinuro and the coast with its Saracen towers is provided by the four French balconies and the large terrace of your semi-detached house. The house is located only about 200 m from the sea (bee-line). The beach is reached on foot within about 1 km, by car within about 1.5 km. The high, white wooden beam ceilings create an airy and bright atmosphere in the 40 sqm living area (with satellite TV) with adjacent kitchen-cum-dining room. The stylish couch corner with chimney invites to a nightly tryst. In your built-in kitchen you have a dishwasher at your disposal. Also on the ground floor, you find one of the two bathrooms, equipped with shower/bidet/WC and a washing machine. All three bedrooms (a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom) are tastefully furnished. The twin bedroom offers the possibility of setting up an additional bed for a possible sixth person.

The nearest grocery stores, bars and restaurants are found in Marina di Pisciotta, about 1.5 km from the house. The picturesque mountain village of Pisciotta is also reached within about 1.5 km on foot or within 3 km by car. Marina di Pisciotta is a small, contemplative village with approximately 300 inhabitants, which comes to life only during the Italian holiday months of July and August. There is no through traffic, because the street ends at the port. Typical bars, small shops and restaurants and fishermen, who will take you to the grottoes at Cape Palinuro or on a fishing tour, are awaiting you. On the coastal road from Palinuro to Velia, the medieval village of Pisciotta is picturesquely situated on a hill above the Mediterranean Sea. Walking the narrow alleys and stairways with their palazzos and houses dating form the 16th century, you will experience the unique atmosphere of real Italian village life.
