Our new build house is situated in best, sunny and calm location directly at the ski run and the lightened toboggan run. Restaurants and cafes as well as a ski rental business are in the neighbourhood. Likewise Après ski restaurants are easily attainable by foot. To the village center and the shops are only 5 minutes walk away (approx. 450m). The stop of the ski bus after Ischgl and Galtür is likewise only 450m far away, you can however also go there with the ski directly from the house to the valley station of the mountain railways Kappl where ski bus after Ischgl stops. So that also your car can make vacation, because you will not need it the whole vacation long. Of course our house has also a heated ski area with shoe dryer and garage parking spaces. The moreover exists the possibility milk and bread service by the local baker's shop.

Summer vacations:: Also in the summer our new built house offers an unforgettable vacation experience due to the very sunny, calm and central top quality location naer the edge of the forest and nevertheless in direct proximity of the village center. The most beautiful moving ways and mountainbike routes lead past directly the house. Enjoy the wonderful view on the impressive mountains surrounding Kappl and the quiet perceptible reassuring noise of a torrent at the opposite valley side. Furthermore we offer a meadow with grill hut to you and for your relaxation beach chairs as well as a table tennis plate.

Notes: The appartements are elegantly furnished and completely equipped living kitchen swith baking-oven, cerium parboiling field, refrigerator with freezing subject, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, water digester, satelite TV and radio. Bedlinen, towels and table-ware cloths are naturally likewise present. Appartement „ Elegance “ for 5-8 persons: The Appartement is located in the ground floor, has a size of approx. 75m² and is elegantly furnished, has two large bedrooms with 3 beds each, an approx. 28m ² large livingroom kitchen with a large glass front with an excellent view to the skiing run and a high-quality taking off couch. The cooking and the living/sleep area are separated by a passage elbow spatially. The appartement has 2x shower/WC and a large balcony!
