Bright open plan living area with balcony views of the North Shore mountain. Dedicated WiFi 24/7 Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. While the bedroom is small it has a comfortable hotel firm queen size bed, ample closet/cupboard space and full ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub as well as enclosed washer and dryer.
You have access to the supermarket adjacent to the building or can step outside to vast array of shops, restaurants, cafes, starbucks, banks, recreation centre, library, skating rink and theatre.
On main transit route to Lonsdale Quay bus terminus, Lonsdale market, Seabus to downtown (with rapid transit to Vancouver International Airport), Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to Vancouver Island, Grouse Mountain and all North Shore amenities. Easy access to beaches and seawall at Ambleside and Dundarave in West Vancouver as well as Deep Cove
While a car is not required secure underground parking is available for a compact vehicle and you are within 5 minutes drive of the Trans Canada highway, 15 minutes drive to 3 local ski mountains (Grouse, Cypress and Seymour) and 90 minutes scenic drive to Whistler. 20 minutes drive to downtown and Stanley Park.
In addition the building offers on site gym and an adjacent supermarket open 7am - 10 pm daily offers a wide range of fresh produce, canteen serving freshly cooked hot and cold meals, fresh pizza, sushi, on site bakery, salad bar, cafe, deli and pharmacy.
The home owners have lived and worked in North Vancouver for over 20 years and are very familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Prior to this they lived in England, South Africa and Hong Kong. As avid travellers they prefer to use self catering fully equipped rentals in great locations with access to Wi Fi, public transit or parking if hiring a car and all amenities and, based on this criteria, we are pleased to be able to offer high quality accommodation to other travellers.

The property was chosen specifically in that it is ideally located for easy access to, the airport, Vancouver downtown area and all North Shore attractions. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, shops, banks, recreation facilities and Lions Gate hospital.
Past tenants have loved the convenience of having quick access to the adjacent full service supermarket downstairs.
Being a new building it offers secure access, in house gymnasium and secure underground parking.
It is an ideal location for people who need short or long term fully furnished rental accommodation.
Well located for those that want to explore North Vancouver. Adjacent City Market supermarket downstairs has proved to be very popular for past tenants as it is open 7 days a week and caters to their every need in terms of food selection, deli, coffee bar, wide range of fresh cooked meals, soup, pizza and sushi as well as in house Pharmacy
We absolutely loved our stay as we visited our children in North Van. The location was perfect, everything we needed was a walk away. The suite was spotless and security was great...this will be our first choice when we return for a visit..home away from home for us. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and ease in working with the owner!
I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks while working nearby. The condo is modern, clean, and well appointed, with all the amenities I needed. There is also a gym in the building which is very well equipped. The building is very secure and parking is available if needed. Immediately next to the building is Loblaws City Market where one can buy groceries and it also has an excellent deli. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and taking transit is a breeze. Tricia, the owner, is wonderful to deal with, she was very prompt with all her replies and was readily available if I had questions. I would stay in this unit again anytime I am in North Vancouver.
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo we rented on Lonsdale for our vacation. It was in a nice location with a grocery store conveniently located in the building. The condo was spotless with a well equipped kitchen and we ate every meal on the balcony with an amazing view of Grouse Mountain. Tricia met us when we arrived and provided a binder with answers to any questions we might have and emailed us detailed instructions on how to get from the airport to the condo using transit. We were able to take transit from right outside our door to visit down town, Stanley Park, Granville Island, Deep Cove, the Lonsdale Quay etc. We would definitely stay here again and can't thank Tricia enough for making this rental to easy and enjoyable.
WE loved the location of this apartment. It was close to everything we wanted to be close to. The store below was a great convenience and lots of good restaurants handy. The suite itself is very new, clean and well appointed. Trish was a pleasure to deal with. We liked it so much we are going to book it again for next summer.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in July and to be honest the apartment easily exceeded all our expectations.The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival and the owner Tricia was most welcoming and very pleasant and had lots of local info and suggestions for places to go and things to do ready for us.The location was super convenient to both downtown via an excellent public transport system and also to the mountains and parks to the north. It is located on the corner of a street that is home to a vast array of restaurants and cafes but not once during our stay was street noise a problem.Breakfast on the balcony with incredible views of city , sea ,sky and mountains was a pure pleasure .The only fault that we could possibly find was that on first appearance the bedroom seemed quite small but it never became an issue for us . Anyway we would be very happy to recommend this apartment and its lovely owner Tricia to anybody who was looking for a place to stay in Vancouver.
We had a wonderful time staying in this modern clean condo in this GREAT location. We enjoyed the fireworks on Canada Day at Lonsdale which is walking distance. A beautiful large clean grocery store just below and restaurant's and coffee shops close by. Don't hesitate booking this condo as the owners are very nice and accommodating. It was very clean with a nice kitchen and just very suited for our needs.

They will be required to sign a short term rental agreement and will be issued with a security fob to access the building and they will chose their own unique PIN for secure access for the duration of their stay. A copy of formal photo identification is required for all guests at time of booking and confirmation.
There is a $100-00 refundable deposit for each fob issued and this is refunded upon return of the fob
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
