The penthouse apartment is the top and is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. It has a 70 m² living space and a spacious, L-shaped sun terrace (80 m²) with an exclusive panorama view of the tideland, the Orotava Valley, Puerto and the sea. A private staircase to the roof terraces with a communal pool is available. There is a good infrastructure. A supermarket is in the house and restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, doctors, a taxi stand and bus lines are nearby. The apartment is equipped for self-caterers and handicapped individuals.

The penthouse apartment is located near the beach, in the most popular and largest resort of northern Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz - La Paz. It is just a few minutes to the sea. The botanical garden is within view. Further attractions include: the Loro Parque, the Martianez spas (developed by the star architect Cesar Manrique), the orchid garden, the Parque Taoro and a lot more. It is not far to the old city with a large pedestrian zone, directly located by a small shopping centre. A bus and taxi stand is located in front of the door. The lower part of the city and the beach can be reached on foot through a staircase (about 100 m height).
