The painstakingly renovated holiday apartment is set up for all visitors who seek a holiday with a difference. Far from the madding crowd of hotels and other mass accommodations is a holiday destination without the hustle and bustle or noise, directly in contact with nature and the Mallorcan people. The lovingly restored apartment with a cosy ambience is approx. 80 square meters large and suitable for 2-4 people. Each room offers a view into the romantic garden which has been planted with old trees. Its large layout makes it also a comfortable relaxation area even during the colder times of the year. It offers a typical Mallorcan entrance hall with a large wooden table and a fireplace for the colder months.

The villa is located near Búger approx 9 miles south of Alcúdia in the north of Mallorca in one of the most beautiful regions of the island, where mountains, soft hilly landscape and sea side locations go hand in hand. In a secluded location high on a hill, built around the tower of a former windmill, you have a fantastic view over the landscape. Experience authentic villages such as Buger, Sa Pobla and Campanet with friendly locals or historical towns such as Alcudia and Pollenca, the lively artists’ town of Arta or the elegant marina in Port d'Pollenca. The island capital Palma is also only 25 minutes away. Enjoy nature in the evening light on Cape Formetor. Bathe in the bays of Cala Pi and Sant Vicenc or on the longest beach of the island between Port d'Alcudia and Colonia di Sant Pere. Go walking in the Tramunta mountains, ride a bicycle on romantic trails or play golf in Pollenca or Alcanada.

  • The prices shown are for an occupation of 2 persons. For each extra person there is a charge of 20 Euro per day in the high season and 15 Euro per day at all other times. Children under the age of 12 stay for free. The price includes a small starter packet of food, all additional costs and cleaning and weekly changing of towels and bed clothes during your stay. There is a final cleaning charge of 50 Euro.
