The townhouse condo with 1 bedroom (613 sq ft) is centrally located, with private entrance, mountains views and landscaped inner-courtyard with pool/ hot tub. The unit is within short walk to the lifts and the village, across from Whistler's Marketplace Shopping Centre. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk along the Village Trail. You have the convenience of being a few steps awayfrom all the village activities, but comfortably away from any commercial properties such as bars, restaurants and shops. Free bus transit stop is next to the complex. No car is needed; you can walk to everything within a few minutes. Airport Express bus to Whistler stops by the unit.

In 2010 the Olympic Winter Games take place in Vancouver at the Whistler resort. The whole Whistler Blackcomb area will be open before and after the olympic games and 90percent will stay opened while the games on ski and board take place. From the sea until the Sky highway will be the access to the Whistler resort in this summer (Average travelling time is calculated from the International Airport of Vancouver)
