We have a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath in beautiful downtown Denver!

Location! Location! Location! Experience Denver the way the locals do in this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome! A car is not needed, as you are a block from the popular “32nd & Zuni” area in the Lower Highlands (LoHi to locals). Everything you could need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay is within WALKING distance! This neighborhood is the HOTTEST neighborhood in Denver, dubbed “Denver’s Brooklyn” by Men’s Journal. You could not ask for a better location to visit this pedestrian and bike friendly city!

Our 5 year old property features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in a 2300+ square foot home that is perfect for larger groups or families traveling together. All furnishings are top of the line (Crate and Barrell, Room and Board, and West Elm) with down comforters and pillows in the Master and Second bedroom, 500 thread count sheets on memory foam mattresses and 100% thick Egyptian Cotton towels. There is a large family room with a 43” flat screen TV and a gourmet kitchen with seating for 10. There are balconies on every level. Additionally, there is a large media/game room with a 46” TV in the finished basement with a Crate and Barrel sleeper sofa for two additional sleeping spaces, if needed.

The home has a wonderful floorplan and is 'like-new' condition. It features a gourmet kitchen with granite and all stainless appliances, luxury bathrooms, cozy bedrooms with premium beds, and view of Denver's Downtown.

Just steps to all the urban amenities including some of Denver’s best new restaurants including Old Major, Sputino’s, Duo, Uncle, Z Cuisine, Little Man’s Ice Cream, Linger, Root Down, and too many to mention! You are within two miles of the Convention Center, Larimer Square, The Performing Arts Center, the 16th Street Mall, Mile High Stadium (for Broncos games), Coors Field (Rockies games) and the Pepsi Center (Nuggets and Avalanche games) as well as the business district and nightlife. The renowned Cherry Creek shopping district is just ten minutes away. You will be nestled between I25 and I70 for easy access to the Greater Metro area and the Rocky Mountains!

Although Denver is one of the sunniest cities in the U.S., when the weather gets nippy there is plenty to entertain you at home. Cozy up on the covered front porch with the outdoor fireplace. High speed internet and cable keep you connected. Video games (including Mario Kart with 4 controllers), authentic and fully functioning 1979 Pinball machine and air hockey will ensure plenty of interactive fun. Recreation Center with indoor pool and slide is just a couple of blocks away. Three playgrounds are within five blocks. Kids of all ages will find it impossible to say they have nothing to do.

For those with families, the Argyle House is walking distance to the Children’s Museum, Aquarium, REI’s Flagship Store, the famous Cherry Creek bike path and greenway, and Common’s Park. There is a B Cycle station 50 feet from the property to allow you to see Denver by bike in our very outdoor, pedestrian friendly city. There are also two private parking spaces in the garage if you decide to travel by car. Lower Highlands is centrally located between every major highway in Denver, so travel to nearby cities and mountains is easy.

About Stephanie Carlsen

We are an adventurous family of 5 that travels frequently. We have lived and traveled to six of the seven continents. With three young children, we find that renting a home gives us the conveniences and creature comforts more suitable to our lifestyle than a hotel can provide. We enjoy all things outdoors including surfing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and anything else that gets us outside!

We love Colorado and it always feels like home. One Boulder native and both graduates of CU, we spent most of our time in Colorado and will always enjoy returning to this redeveloped and exciting neighborhood. Work has taken us to the Pacific Northwest which has an abundance of outdoor beauty and adventure, but sometimes we just need Colorado sunshine!

The Argyle House satisfied our need to be connected to Colorado. We love the “walkability” factor this home provides, It has amazing restaurants, night life, shops, and easy access to the mountains for all winter sports. Whether you like football, basketball, baseball, or hockey, all of these are just minutes from the Argyle House. The LoHi area continues to be a highly sought after place to live, work, and play.

I want to tell you how much we loved staying in your beautiful home!! Our stay was perfect in every way. We shared several enjoyable meals and great conversations around your large dining table and there were many gales of laughter that wafted upward from the basement air hockey games. The spaciousness of the floor plan and separation of floors gave us all a much needed pause from the whirlwind of wedding activities.



When we get back to Denver, we hope this can be our go-to place. Thank you for this opportunity and a big thank you for allowing us to get in a little earlier on our arrival date. It was so thoughtful of you and it was indeed a huge help on a busy day.

Outstanding townhome, in a quietly humming suburb!

My family, including mature and young adults had a wonderful stay at Argyle House.
The town home has spacious entertainment areas, very comfortable bedrooms, multiple restrooms, an all mod cons kitchen for the avid cook and is walking distance to some amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, fresh markets and petrol stations.
The double garage was great for easy parking of our rental cars and we also made good use of the easy to use and nearby bicycle rental station.
The walk into Denver CBD was an easy, interesting 10 minutes.
Accessing the interstate to the mountains was similarly easy and quick from the town home.
I would recommend this property highly to anyone looking for a comfortable group accommodation, when staying in Denver.

What a great house! We loved how convenient the location was to the activities we wanted to do. The various levels allow several groups to do various activities. The pin ball machine was a huge hit! It was so nice to walk around the corner and have amazing food to choose from in the neighborhood restaurants. Argyle House was incredibly clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it and also stay there again!

Immaculate home! Great, responsive owner

This was a perfectly appointed home in a super trendy LoHi area. It is walking distance from the city's BEST cafes, restaurants, and bars. The house was clean beyond words, and Stephanie, the owner was really responsive with me. We had a 6 person group and the house felt like a mansion. We even got to fall asleep outside on the patio couch while reading during the middle of the day. Thanks again and I would rent it again 100xs over.

Great house for our Denver Trip

We were in town for the 2014 World Lacrosse Festival. 6 members of our team rented this great property for the week. It was excellent. Roomy enough for the 6 of us with great amenities and a good location. We loved how close it was to the local bars and restaurants and how accessible it was to downtown and the freeways. We'd definitely stay there again.
