This luxury apartment of 58m² is located at the end of a private street in the newly built exclusive apartment complex Sunset in Torviscas Alto above the Playa 'Costa Adeje' with a fantastic view of the kilometre-long coast, sea and island 'La Gomera', sometimes also the nearby islands 'El Hierro' and 'La Palma'. A 22 m² large southwest facing terrace is secluded, green and offers stunning sunsets. Digital SAT-TV with German and Spanish programs, radio system with CD player - this makes your stay cosy in the spacious living room. Open wood kitchen with granite countertops, 4 plate stove with ceramic range, oven with grill, all kitchen accessories, washing machine, bathroom with large shower, vanity mirror, bidet and WC. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed to the terrace, a smaller at the back of the apartment with a pull-out double couch, bedsheets, towels available. Torviscas Alto is located on the slopes of the 'Roque del Conde', looks like Table Mountain from far away, there are very beautiful hikes in the region of the largest mountain in Spain - the 'Pico del teide' (3718 m above sea level). To the old well-kept city centre of 'Adeje' it is about 3-5 minutes by car, Baranco del Inferno = devil's gorge is very popular. About 3 minute drive to the beach, promenade of about 15 km from Los Cristianos to La Caleta with many typical Canarian restaurants and shops, a lot of bays with beaches ideal for children. 4 golf courses 10 minutes away, the newest 'ABAMA' golf course about a 15 minute drive away. Many 5 star hotels on the Costa Adeje and also a lot of beach stores (tapas bars) on the promenade. A day excursion with the ferry to La Gomera is also recommended.

  • The weekly price is for 2 people, for the 3rd and 4th person, € 10 per day will be charged additionally per person. Additional final cleaning per stay € 50, for 4 people € 70. Garage on request € 25 per week. For a guaranteed reservation, we ask for a small deposit (about 20%) in the form of a bank transfer to my German bank account.
