The 2 room apartment has a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), upon request with extra bedding/crib/high chair. In the living room a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs invite you to relax. Different Berlin guides give you tips to discover new destinations. For those who want a little power after making visits, the television has a DVD player (music/films available). In a sideboard and 2 walk-in closets you will find enough space for your luggage. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub/WC and naturally a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining corner and let you do self catering from coffee in the morning to cozy dining. A dishwasher and tea, coffee, vinegar and oil and a few other amenities belong to the basic equipment of the apartment. We will greet you with mineral water and some fruit. Towels/bed sheets are included in the rental price. Pay attention to last minute prices

The flat' WELA tres' is a 2 room apartment in a romantic country style, completely new (03/04 2009) furnished . In the living room you'll find a sofa bed (160x200) and enough space to seat for listening music or watching television Therefore you'll find a small selection of CDs or DVDs to Verfügung. Some games can also contribute to the entertainment. However, if want to write cards or letters, you may take place at the secretary. Some guides and a map will help you to find out the places of your interest. After consulting a further bed is possible. Similarly, a child's high chair and a child travel bed we can put it them in the flat. For baby clothes you have the possibility to get a washing machine for your holiday period

The lovely, modernly furnished apartment is located on a quiet street in the city district Mitte not far from the subway and S-train. You can park your car on the street for free. Public transportation will bring you quickly and comfortably to the attractions of the city (10 minutes to the Brandenburger gate/7 minutes to Alex). Due to the good transportation connections, you can travel back to relax in the apartment. Those who prefer to be active, however, can jog and walk in the nearby park or also swim a few laps during the summer in the public pool. The nearby climbing hall can offer escape after stressful sightseeing. S/U train station can be reached in 5 minutes. For self caterers, there are grocery stores nearby. Those who would rather be served, however, will also find a small, affordable restaurant with different cuisines. You can find an internet cafe on the way to the train.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are for 2 people per night. Each additional person costs 10 euro per night extra. Children receive discount. From 7 nights the price will be reduced by 5 euro. Guests who have lived already in one of our flats, receive an discount when they booked once more.
  • ARRIVAL:
    Guests change is 10 ° clock, this is also the earliest date for the housing transfer.
    You will have the opportunity to leave your luggage in the apartment and to take delivery for the key of the apartment from Mrs. Kecis and if you come back, everything is cleaned for you. Latest arrival time is 22:00.
  • DEPARTURE:
    At 10 ° clock will be change and the cleaning will begin, because few hours later the next guest can collect.
    If you wish to stay longer some hours in the apartment and after your stay the apartment even more freely, you have to pay half amount of a day, because I have to block the following day and therefore I cann’t accept a new host.
    However, if you only leave your luggage in the house, we assume that, regardless of the number of pieces of luggage, 5 euro.

We (family with a little girl) felt very comfortable in this appartment. A quiet place to eat, relax and sleep in the night, and very close to the subway to go and explore Berlin in the daytime. Also a big shoppingcenter and some places to eat were in the neighbourhood. Among other things, a collection of Berlin-travelbooks and brochures was provided in the appartment, which showed to be convenient.

-die Wohnung war sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet
-wir haben ausgezeichnet und ruhig geschlafen
-alle Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage,
Erreichbarkeit der City, Ausstattung etc. waren korrekt
-besonders gut war die Parkplatzsituation (meistens direkt vor dem Haus)
-wir haben die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Gesundbrtunnen sehr geschätzt (morgens frische Brötchen auf den Tisch)
-die Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum war perfekt und unkompliziert
-wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet von der Betreuerin vor Ort
-wir haben bereits unseren Freunden nach der Rückkehr von diesem Feriendomizil vorgeschwärmt und kommen gerne wieder!
Schade ist lediglich dass die Wohnanlage von aussen nicht sehr schön aussieht, aber der erste Eindruck soll nicht täuschen da die WO innen wirklich sehr hübsch ist!!
