Very reasonable flat for 5 persons, nonsmoker, discount for children

The 2 room apartment has a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), upon request with extra bedding/crib/high chair. In the living room a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs invite you to relax. Different Berlin guides give you tips to discover new destinations. For those who want a little power after making visits, the television has a DVD player (music/films available). In a sideboard and 2 walk-in closets you will find enough space for your luggage. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub/WC and naturally a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining corner and let you do self catering from coffee in the morning to cozy dining. A dishwasher and tea, coffee, vinegar and oil and a few other amenities belong to the basic equipment of the apartment. We will greet you with mineral water and some fruit. Towels/bed sheets are included in the rental price. Pay attention to last minute prices

The lovely, modernly furnished apartment is located on a quiet street in the city district Mitte not far from the subway and S-train. You can park your car on the street for free. Public transportation will bring you quickly and comfortably to the attractions of the city (10 minutes to the Brandenburger gate/7 minutes to Alex). Due to the good transportation connections, you can travel back to relax in the apartment. Those who prefer to be active, however, can jog and walk in the nearby park or also swim a few laps during the summer in the public pool. The nearby climbing hall can offer escape after stressful sightseeing. S/U train station can be reached in 5 minutes. For self caterers, there are grocery stores nearby. Those who would rather be served, however, will also find a small, affordable restaurant with different cuisines. You can find an internet cafe on the way to the train.

Notes

  • The prices are for 2 people per night. Each additional person costs 10 euro per night extra. Children receive discount. From 7 nights the price will be reduced by 5 euro. Guests who have lived already in one of our flats, receive an discount when they booked once more.
  • ARRIVAL:
    Guests change is 10 ° clock, this is also the earliest date for the housing transfer.
    You will have the opportunity to leave your luggage in the apartment and to take delivery for the key of the apartment from Mrs. Kecis and if you come back, everything is cleaned for you. Latest arrival time is 22:00.
  • DEPARTURE:
    At 10 ° clock will be change and the cleaning will begin, because few hours later the next guest can collect.
    If you wish to stay longer some hours in the apartment and after your stay the apartment even more freely, you have to pay half amount of a day, because I have to block the following day and therefore I cann’t accept a new host.
    However, if you only leave your luggage in the house, we assume that, regardless of the number of pieces of luggage, 5 euro.

  • In the bedroom you will find 2 single beds (90x200m), a large walk-in closet and a sideboard, a night table and a chair with a reading lamp. In the living room you can sit and sleep on a sleeper sofa (lying space of 140x200), otherwise, you can listen to music in the other 2 chairs or get cozy while watching TV. There is also a davenport available for writing cards or letters. Another bed is possible upon request. Highchair and a crib can be provided upon request. 1 chair with reading lamp in the bedroom offers you an opportunity for a retreat.

Notes: The living room with a couch and 2 chairs is the sociable meeting point for different activities. From the TV to the DVD player up to a small collection of games - everything is available. Great Holiday apartment

Had a great time staying in Wela Dos wth my husband and two teenage daughters.The apartment was in a great location with only a ten minute walk from the train station and shoppping centre. Fantastic transport links with S and U bahn trains with buses and trams.( great value). Very easy to get from and to Tegal airport.
The apartment is well equipped and clean, we eat in most evenings and had no problems buying our food on the way home from our days out. We were met by Ms Kecis on arrival and as we had arrived earley we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and wander around the shopping centre.
I would recomend this appartment to friends.

What a wonderful stay...

Had a fantastic time staying with my boyfriend in the Wela Dos apartment. I can't recommend it enough - great location with lots of shops nearby and fantastic transport links.

Very well equipped, clean and met at the apartment upon arrival. Made good use of the DVDs as I was running the Marathon one of our days and needed chill time! Have already recommended it to friends.

Not the most exciting location for popping out for some food (although there are some good value snack stops at the bottom of the shopping centre), but to be honest - we didn't explore it extensively as we spent most of our time exploring and eating in different areas of the city. We also ate in one evening and there were lots of food-buying options nearby.

Only downside was the slightly early check-out time of 10am and then not having anywhere to store luggage till our flight in the evening (although you can store suitcases at the Haupbahnhof for 5 euros a bag..)

Great location and accomodations

My husband, 12 year-old son, and I enjoyed 3 nights at Wela Dos. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of brochures and maps were also available for us to us. Exterior of the building could use updating, but don't let that stop you. An easy walk to the train station, and plenty of shops and local eateries in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
