Just minutes from all the great skiing at Beaver Creek Resort, this two-bedroom riverfront Avon vacation condo will wow you and up to five other guests with all it has to offer! Perfect for couples traveling together, groups of friends, or family vacations, you'll be within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop, and near restaurants, shops, and beautiful Nottingham Park, with ice skating in the winter and paddle boats in the summer.
You'll want to spend a lot of time in the cozy family room. With comfortable furniture and a beautiful wood burning fireplace, everyone will enjoy relaxing, watching DVDs on the 47-inch flat screen HD TV, or just sitting around and socializing. There's also WiFi throughout the condo so you'll be able to check email, read restaurant reviews, or do a little area research before heading out for the day's adventure.
The full kitchen with a cozy little eating nook has everything you'll need for fueling up before hitting the slopes. Meals can be as fancy or casual as you'd like and a dishwasher will help get the post-meal clean up done in no time at all. And on nights when you don't want to bother slicing and dicing, you're right near a number of eateries - try Agave for plates of Mexican food, one of the numerous restaurants at Beaver Creek Resort, or Nozawa for sushi and bento.
When it's time to retire for the evening, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own bathroom, while the other bedroom has a set of two full bunk beds, making this a great room for older kids or even two couples sharing a room. Along with a second full bathroom in the hallway, there's also a washer and dryer, so you'll never run out of clean clothes. Other amenities in this condo include cable TV and a Bluetooth speaker that can connect any smartphone. This condo is also dog friendly, so two lucky furry friends can also go on vacation with a $10 per-pet, per-day fee ($40 minimum per stay).
In ski season, you're only a mile from all the attractions at Beaver Creek Ski Resort! Enjoy 25 ski lifts and 1,832 skiable acres, as well as ice skating, and the annual Winterfest celebration around holiday time. The Riverfront Express Gondola will get you right to the slopes of Beaver Creek, or the nearby bus stop offers shuttle service to the resort, as well as Vail and other stops around Avon. And when you return to your condo after a full day on the slopes, you have a private ski/storage closet right outside the front door for safely storing all your gear.
For unique snowshoeing and Nordic skiing, McCoy Park is right at the top of Beaver Creek resort and has over 32 kilometers of groomed and rustic trails for an afternoon of cross country skiing and snowshoeing - all with an amazing view of the mountains.
But don't go thinking that Avon is just a winter destination. In summer, the Beaver Creek Hiking Center has guided nature hikes and mountain bike tours. Year-round the Avon Recreation Center is just down the road on the other side of Nottingham Lake. Here you can take advantage of a five-lane lap pool, fitness classes, and river floating. And right in the condo community, there's an outdoor communal lawn and grill area for cookouts and outdoor relaxing. With so much to do in the Avon / Beaver Creek area, you'll want to return to this condo again and again for yearly ski trips, weekend getaways, or anytime you want to enjoy time in the Colorado mountains.

The location could was very convenient to the Beaver Creek Resort and ski lifts. Great location. Overall this is a good value. There were some signs of disrepair and poor repair work. The fireplace was out of service, though it was advertised specifically in the ad. The master shower was extremely small and showed signs of a poor repair caulking or grout job. The price makes this a good value.
It was every thing we expected, nice and clean, everything we needed and no additional clutter. Would stay here again or recommend to family and friends.
Great condo, great price!
The condo was great! Nice and clean! The location was great, especially for those warm summer days, since there is no AC in most places. It remained cool all day long. I had a hard time finding the parking permits (they were in a binder on the bottom shelf of the coffee table) so I called and registered our cars on the automated system before I found them, but not a big deal. Plenty of storage for luggage and clothes, ability to wash clothes was nice, and location was close to the lake and many other local shops. Convenient for driving up to Beaver Creek and we even made a trip to Edwards for a movie, which was only 3 miles from the condo on Hwy 6. I would definitely stay here again!!
Great location. Clean, nice, simple and perfect place to stay for a ski vacation.
We recently rented this condo for a quick ski getaway. The location was wonderful, close to Agave Mexican restaurant, the free Beaver Creek shuttle lots, and a liquor/convenience store. We also enjoyed taking the dogs for a stroll down the river walk. The kitchen was very clean and had most everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were also comfortable. We were missing a parking pass upon arrival and the local contact provided us with good customer service. However, there were a few negatives. There were no wash clothes in either bathroom which we found odd. There was also some trash found behind the master bed and down the drain in the master bathroom. The worst thing about our stay were the neighbors who permanently live upstairs. They were very loud when they came home at 3am every morning and continued partying. We were a group of 30-somethings so were not necessarily in bed early every night, but we did not have the relaxing vacation we were looking to have.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had new IKEA linens and fresh white p.aint which gave it a Scandinavian modern feel. Lots of closets and dressers. Very nice TV. Full size washer and dryer was a bonus. We had a car and everything was easy to find from this location, but buses went down the street would have been easy to use as well. To relax after skiing we found the Avon rec center nearby to be a wonderful facility with pool, sauna and steam room
