'I 99 olivi'('The 99 olive trees') is a beautiful old house situated amongst a grove of olive trees. It is located less than 2km from the beach in Imperia (Italy) in the heart of the Riviera dei fiori. The house has been converted into attractive holiday apartments which are available to rent on a weekly basis. The apartments were fully refurbished in October 2006. The holiday cottage 'I 99 olivi' is located in the Montolivo's property, in Imperia Oneglia, on a hill, 'Le Cascine', overlooking the town. The ancient village called 'Borgo delle Cascine' was once a rural area and is now one of the most exclusive residential areas in Imperia. Within easy walking distance, you can visit the gorgeous Park of Villa Grock, named after the famous Swiss clown. From 'I 99 Olivi', amid orange and centuries-old olive trees, you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the bay of Imperia and the 'Alpi Marittime', the most western part of the Alps.

'Litta' is perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is about 28 square meters (300 square feet) and is located on the ground floor of the cottage. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed, a cot can be provided on request. The guests can also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden. A narrow path behind the house leads you to the panoramic terrace where the guests can relax in the sun and from where you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the whole bay.

Either travelling on the old Roman via Aurelia (you can enjoy marvellous views of the coast) or on the motorway you can reach Alassio (20km), Cervo (12km), Bussana, Dolceacqua, Apricale, Sanremo (20km) M. Carlo, Cannes and many other fantastic places both in the Riviera dei Fiori and in the Cote d'Azur.
