Our family-owned, attractively-furnished villa is ideal for a self-catering relaxing holiday at any time. Perfect for a group of family/friends or two families sharing, it is situated in a quiet residential area with two other villas, yet is only a few minutes from shops, beaches and all amenities. The large 9m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces and the additional fencing gives added privacy and seclusion. At the rear of the villa is our own terrace with table and 8 chairs, shaded by a gazebo. The villa is light and airy, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday, including a BBQ. The triple-aspect living room opens onto the front and rear terraces, there is ample comfortable seating, a large oval dining table with 8 chairs, coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi system, plus a selection of games, books, CD and DVD. The separate kitchen is large and very well equipped and there is a downstairs shower/WC.

Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the pretty town of Paralimni, the villa is only three minutes from the nearest supermarket and wonderful 24 hour bakery/patisserie, and 5 minutes drive to the centre of Paralimnni, with its historic churches, beautiful boutiques, cafes, and tavernas. The lovely coves at Kapparis with their sandy beaches and crystal clear waters can be reached in 5 minutes by car (ample free parking). The well-known resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa, with excellent beach and water sport facilities, are within easy reach - only 10 - 15 minutes drive. At night, Protaras offers a tremendous variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Ayia Napa is also extremely lively at night, with a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and clubs. The 'ghost-town' of Famagusta is within easy reach, as is Larnaca with its lovely old town, shops, beaches and marina.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The villa accommodates eight people comfortably; however, we would be happy to let the villa to smaller groups who might like to have more space, or an extra bedroom. Please enquire about a reduced rental rate for small groups. Rates include:
    (1) a 'Welcome Pack', for example, tea, coffee, milk, juice, butter, eggs, bacon, cheese, etc.
    (2) Air-conditioning/heating, which must only be used with the doors and windows closed and when you are in the villa.
    (3) All house linens and towels (except beach/pool towels), changed weekly.
  • Our friendly and helpful villa manager, Anne, will welcome you when you arrive at the villa. She is available should you need any advice during your stay. You will also find a 'welcome folder' in the living room, full of useful information about the local area, maps, attractions and places to visit as well as recommended restaurants, take-a-ways, etc. Emergency contact numbers and essential villa information is also included.
  • Booking conditions -
    A deposit of £200 is required within 7 days of booking to secure your rental. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. In addition, a fully-refundable £200 'breakage deposit' is payable with the balance and this will be refunded once the villa has been checked by our villa manager.

There are fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps in all bedrooms, plus ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, a large dressing table with stool and two bedside tables with lamps. There are patio doors onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables with lamps. The third bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and bedside table with lamp, with patio doors onto the balcony. The fourth bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and bedside table with lamp, plus patio doors onto the balcony. All bedrooms have individually-controlled air-conditioning. A cot is available on request.

Notes: The villa is Ideal for families or mixed groups only. We regret that single sex groups are not permitted. Six sun loungers are provided for use around the large 9m x 5m swimming pool, which is shared with the two neighbouring villas - which are not occupied permanently. Most of the time, you will probably have the pool to yourselves and as there are extensive sunbathing terraces, there is plenty of room for everyone. The terrace is shaded by a gazebo, with outside lighting, which provides welcome shade during the hot summer months and makes it very relaxing and romantic at night, especially when the pool is lit too. There is a new gas BBQ so that you can enjoy your meals al-fresco.

Car Hire: Car hire can be arranged at Larnaca airport, or locally. We are happy to advise on car rental companies, or we can arrange transport to and from the airport at a very reasonable rate.

Breakage Deposit: We require a 'breakage deposit' of £200 per booking, which will be refunded after the holiday as soon as the villa has been checked by our manager. Any damage must be reported to ourselves or our manager immediately.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa in Paralimni. The villa was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything needed for a relaxing holiday in a quiet residentail area. The swimming pool was very clean and there was plenty of room for sunbathing. The local restaurants were superb and the local beaches very clean. We look forward to returning and would recommend this villa to families.
