Ideal for families with children, without pets, 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, shower with lavabo and WC, ground floor: garage, sitting area with pool, size 8m length x 3.8m width, 1.5m deep, with child-safety covering, large living room with dining corner, large completely equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and double lavabo, separate WC, separate room with refrigerator and washing machine with a volume of 4 kf and filter from the pool. Grill and 4 loungers are available. Shopping facilities: about a 5 minute walk or 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping centre. Garage for 1 car, parking space for another car in front of the garage. Direct entrance from the garage to the house. House completely enclosed with a wall. Comfortable neighbouring climate, entrance street is a cul de sac, no through-traffic, peaceful and romantic location. Arrival with car is recommended.

The old city of Perpignan, beautiful coastal streets and swimming options in the cliffs, water ski lift and jet skiing are worthwhile. There is a large water park and amusement park for children. Also nearby, about 35 km away, is a zoo with wild animals, the city is called Sigean. Golf and tennis options. For evening entertainment there is a casino in Barcares and Canet.

WIr haben zwei tolle Urlaubswochen verbracht. Und das nicht nur am Strand sondern auch auf dem Grundstück und am Pool des Hauses (weil es dort so schön war!). Das Haus, die Ausstattung und die Lage hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Es war alles vorhanden, modernste Gerätschaften, alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft rundherum und die Entfernungen zum Einkaufen, Strand etc. sind so gering, dass wir das Auto fast immer in der Garage gelassen haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Übernahme/Übergabe des Hauses war etwas langwierig und umständlich, halt "Schweizer Präzision". Einziges Manko an der Ausstattung ist der Grill auf der Außenterasse, der wirklich mal erneuert werden müßte. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Domizil nur weiter empfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal wieder zu kommem.
