Welcome to 'Guarda Mare', the fully renovated (2010) typical 185 m2 natural stone house with a spectacular pool view (8m x 4m x 1.4m) above the entire level of Maremma on Monte Agententario and the island of Giglio. 9 people and 2 small children find space in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal starting point for historic and culinary attractions of Tuscany. During the summer, due to the elevation of over 550m, it is about 5 degrees Celsius more comfortable than the level of the Maremma. Romantic retreat. The directly nearby (1.2 km) medieval city of Roccatederighi allows for care through bakeries, butchers, different retail shops and supermarkets. 4 restaurants offer typical Cucina Maremmana. Bedsheets, towels, (2 large+2 small per person) are included. Only final cleaning (€ 300) and from October to April a heating cost fee (€ 150 per week) are charged separately. With multiple week stays, the weekly linens change is also included in the price.

Golf Club Toscana Il Pelagone: This golf club is one of the most beautiful and exclusive facilities in Italy. The year-round 18-hole golf course is created in the middle of vineyards and silver olive groves. Small lakes, waterfalls and the Mediterranean fauna and flora give the course its special charm.

Golf Club Punta Ala: There is a beautiful course with a breath-taking view of the sea. In addition to the stunning view, the course offers a lot of natural cliff locations and impressive trees from conifers, pines, cork and other types of oak, not including the many bushes, which create a special challenge for a lot of golfers.

Destinations include Massa Marittima (25 km) with a fascinating, medieval city, the thermal springs of Saturnia (30 km), the impressive ruins of the Zisterzienser-abbey San Galgano (36 km) and the wine city of Montalcino (60 km) and the art city Sienna (68 km). Thank you for a pleasant stay and for your extra kind service. We stayed for 5 weeks. We liked everything at Guarda Mare. The house is nice down to every little detail. Practical. Plenty of everything. Very clean. Amazing view and pool, excellent service team, nice with fast mail contact to the owner. I would definitly recommend Guarda Mare to my friends. The village nearby is realy nice. We are missing the place and weather,
