The high standard is almost unique for a holiday-rental property. You find a completely furnished small villa (semi detached house) with a large and quiet community pool: both bedrooms (one very large double-room with a breathtaking view over the coast and a small room with double bed and mountain view), as well as the spacious bathroom with bath tub are furnished for you with high-value bed linen, bathrobes and towels. In the winter months, the fireplace and heaters provide comfortable warmth should the nighttime temperatures drop too low - in the summer the air-conditioning will cool, on request, the large bedroom and the living spaces. The exclusive kitchen offers place for one (or also several) chefs and is also completely equipped. Breakfast unhurriedly in the cosy dinette or on the beautiful sea-view terrace - Finish your restful day with a bottle of fine wine at the barbecue or by the cosy fireplace.

Costa Blanca's very special microclimate guarantees mild temperatures - no matter which season - and that is unique on the European mainland and also compared to the Balearics. Sun bathing is possible all-year round - even though not always guaranteed in the winter - recreation, on the other hand, is ensured the whole year. The spring is especially interesting, if you are a part of the group of active vacationers and golf players, love hiking or extreme sport types - summer is 'reserved' for the sun worshippers. One of the main starting point is the beautiful old town of Alteas with innumerable bars, cafes, restaurants and small shops, as well as a few modern shopping centres outside the town. Amusement park lovers are also rightly here: Terra Natura, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar are only four of the most important amusement parks of this unique region.

  • Current rates and booking calendar under reserve! The weekly rate includes: bed linen, towels, pool towels & bathrobes, use of the DVD-Library. We gladly accept all pets without additional charges, on request, however, we expect that you remediate / pay for the possible dirt or damage caused by your pet.
  • The weekly rate does not include: € 60 Final cleaning (one-time), € 40 entertainment, A/C & heating costs (per week). We charge a deposit to the amount of € 300, payable in the bar at check-in (reimbursement - minus € 60 Final cleaning - with check-out). The other additional charges are payable at booking/ or at the time of final payment of your stay. Check In: from 3 PM - Check Out: till 11 AM.

Amusement park lovers are also rightly here: a Water Park (Aqualandia), a Zoo (Mundomar), a large Paramount-Theme Park (Terra Mitica), as well as the new Botanical Garden with Zoo (Terra Natura, open all-year round) provide for fun and entertainment for all age groups.

Both courses have been designed up by the company which is run by the prestigious player Jack Nicklaus. The professional course (par 72) is in the north and has broad fairways which you will delight you in your entire route from the wonderful views to the Mediterranean, like the mountain railway of Finestrat. The southern, 'Executive Field' (par 62), is located in a beautiful valley with pine grove, which offers a challenging route among the versatile natural obstacles.

Einkleiner, aber feiner Bungalow, ruhig gelegen und für ein Ferienhaus wirklich nett und mit Flair ausgestattet.
Richtig für alle, die etwas günstiges, aber trotzdem ausgefallenes suchen.
Ruhiger Gemeinschaftspool.
