The holiday home is located in a 3-storeyed apartment house, which lies in a small, well-maintained (by the caretaker) residential area with truly wonderful neighbours. The beautiful, bright 3 room apartment (63 sq. m) is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It lies in the 1st floor and has 2 balconies and windows in all rooms as well as several beautiful standing and hanging lamps. It is heated through a modern gas heating with radiators in all rooms. The hot-water supply is also guaranteed by a modern gas instantaneous water heater.

The spacious apartment is located in the conveniently situated area of HH-Wandsbek. You are at the city centre within approx. 10 minutes by car. Numerous bus connections are found in the immediate proximity and the subway station of Wandsbek market is only 5 minutes away. The shopping options in the immediate surroundings are very good. Apart from that, numerous restaurants are located in the vicinity.

Furthermore, the bedroom boasts a very effective air-conditioner (against additional charge). The guest room is furnished with a single bed, a large wardrobe and an additional sofa bed on which 2 persons can comfortable sleep. Apart from that, book-shelves with books from all over the world can be found in the guest room.
