The finca Sa Moleta has a lone-standing location on 11000 sq m by Son Macia in an incomparable location with a panorama and sea view. The house has a borderless 'overflow' pool with a large pool patio for unlimited swimming fun. The large patio by the house has shades so that you can enjoy the stunning view on hot days. Additionally, there is a 60 sq m lawn and countless lawn chairs - whether to play soccer, sunbathe, swim or read - house and property fulfil all needs. Furthermore, there is a garage available. The house is separated into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is completely equipped - including a dishwasher and microwave, coffee machine and a lot more. A large double bed (1.80 m) and two single beds are available - one bedroom has its own patio exit. Upon request, we can also provide you with a crib and a high-chair free of charge.

The finca property Sa Moleta is located only 2 kilometers outside of the charming village of Son Macia. There you will find daily fresh baked goods, a small supermarket with all groceries needed for daily life, fresh fruit and vegetables and multiple bars. The closest golf course in the direction of Cala D'or is about 12 km away. You can get to the beaches on the east coast, like 'Playa Romantica', the 'Calas de Mallorca' or the beautiful Cala Murada in only 10 to 15 minutes. Countless shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants and famous handicraft operations in Majorca and internet cafés and are available in Manacor - the second largest city of the island is about4 km away. From Manacor, you can comfortably get to Sineu, Inca or Palma by train.

Herrlich...diese Ruhe!

Diese Finca in den sanften Hügeln von Mallorcas Ostküste ist einfach ideal zum abschalten. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über alle vom Vermieter angegebenen Einrichtungselemente.
Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck absolut!
Wir waren restlos vom nicht gechlorten (!) ca. 40 qm großen nicht einsehbaren Pool mit Überlauf begeistert! Das Wasser ist zu jeder Außentemperatur sehr erfrischend, da es immer wieder mittels Pumpen neu eingespeist wird. Unsere beiden Jungs (5 Jahre und 2,5 Jahre) sind hier voll auf ihre Planschkosten gekommen.
Die Finca liegt auf einem Hügel, direkte Nachbarn sind nur einige Ziegen und ein Esel. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und das schmiedeeiserne automatische Hoftor macht schon Eindruck... :-)
Der nächste Strand an der Ostküste und die nächsten "Touristenhochburgen" sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt in Son Macia deckt den täglichen Bedarf z.B. mit frischen Brötchen und Obst ab. Für den Großeinkauf gibt es diverse Supermärkte in Manacor.
Alles in allem haben wir vier uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Dazu hat natürlich auch beigetragen, dass nach einer Woche alle Handtücher und die Bettwäsche vom Vermieter gewechselt wurde. Zudem wurde das Haus geputzt und der Pool gründlich gereinigt.
Wir können diese Finca bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und wünschen Ihnen schon heute eine schöne sonnige Zeit auf Mallorca!

Eine Super Finca mit allen erdenklichen Einrichtungen versehen; in herrlicher, sehr ruhiger Landschaft gelegen; ca. 1,5 km bis zum Dorf Son Macià mit 2 Restaurants und 2 Supermärkten und 1 Apotheke, Bäckerei.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war alles wie beschrieben, höchstens noch schöner. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, das Grundstück fantastisch, alles neu, alles sauber, (außer dem Grill, leider), man hat absolute Ruhe, supersüße Nachbarn (ein Esel, ein paar Ziegen und Schafe). Allein der Blick von der Terrasse über das Tal ist schon ein Traum. Der Service war unerwartet und unglaublich, die Vermieterin brachte uns frische Orangen und Zitronen aus ihrem Garten, Eier von ihren Hühnern, kam nach einer Woche wieder, putzte das ganze Haus, bezog die Betten frisch und wechselte die Handtücher. Außerdem brachte sie wieder frische Orangen, Zitronen und Eier. So was nettes haben wir noch nie erlebt. Der Ort San Macia ist mit dem Auto schnell erreicht, dort kann man das nötigste einkaufen und in 2 Restaurants essen gehen. Es wird überall Deutsch gesprochen. Die größeren Supermärkte in Manacor sind ebenfalls schnell erreicht. Ich würde das Haus sofort jedem empfehlen, der die Ruhe liebt und gerne für sich ist, wir wären am liebsten für immer dort geblieben.
Wer Party und Halligalli sucht, ist dort falsch, die nächsten Küstenorte sind zwar nicht weit, aber ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen.
