Sunny, quiet, south-facing slope, open view of the village and the mountains

Dr. Muxel's house was newly rebuilt in the modern Alpine style in the summer of 2004. The holiday homes, on a beautiful, high and sunny south-facing slope, offer a free panoramic view of the village and our very own Omeshorn. Our small guests will also feel comfortable with us: we provide cribs and a child safety seat. You are not permitted to smoke in the apartment.

Guest card from the 1st overnight stay in summer: Our guests receive a guest card in summer from the 1st overnight stay. You can use a lot of services for free: e.g. bus in the surrounding hiking regions, trains in the hiking regions, outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a lot more.

The bedroom is separated from the living and dining area with a sliding door. The living and bedrooms are open till the roof gable; hence, they are very bright and well-lit. A double-couch-gallery, which is well-suited for children, is located on the second floor over the double bed. The well-equipped eat-in-kitchen offers all comforts: dish washer, ceramic cooking range, microwave, coffee machine. The Loggia offers you a French balcony by opening both the sliding glass doors. You can enjoy uninterrupted view of Lech, Omesberg, Kriegerhorn... etc. You can access the sauna, the washing machine and dryer via the hallway. There is a skiing room with heated ski boot heater in the first floor. Free car parking space near the house. You can also access our beautiful flower garden in the summer months. Seating arrangements and deck chairs are provided.

Erstklassige , moderne Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts.
Top-Aussicht auf den Ort und das Ohmeshorn.
Brötchenservice, Sauna, ca. 150 m zur Bushaltestelle, das Auto kann man vom Anreise- bis zum Abreisetag stehenlassen. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schön und ruhig

Sehr schöne, komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung bei äußerst netten Vermietern. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig am Ortsrand von Lech. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Ortskern in ca. 10 min. Der tagsüber alle 10 min. verkehrende Pendelbus bringt einen völlig unproblematisch zu den Skiliften im Ort mit dem wunderschönen Skigebiet von Lech, Zürs, Stuben und St. Anton. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, waren wir schon mehrfach im Januar in dem Haus.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, außerdem sehr praktisch und vielseitig ausgestattet, außerdem in wunderschöner Lage mit vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten, Bus vor der Haustür, Schiabfahrt bis zum Haus. Sauna am gleichen Stock ist neu und schön. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Jederzeit wieder!

Dr. Muxel’s house is located in Lech close to the fire station and the museum of local history. You can catch the free local and tour buses on the main street close to the house. These bring you to the Lech centre as well as the cable car stations in summer at regular intervals. You can reach the village centre in approx. 10 minutes by foot. It is only a couple of steps to the beautiful hiking trail 'Flühenweg' which leads you to the church from both the Stubenbach district as well as the centre of Lech.

Other Activities: Skiing, cross-country skiing, snow hiking

Ski: We have a beautiful skiing region in Lech, which can meet all requirements, from beginner slopes to the most demanding red and black exit options. The region is suited for wonderful ski tours. There are well-trained ski tutors and ski leaders to meet all your requirements. You can book them via the Lech ski school. We have excellent ski-kindergartens and ski schools for the smallest skiers.
