Small romantic, centrally-located apartment on the quiet inner courtyard of a former farm. Pr 15 m² self contained 2 storey apartment with an outdoor covered seating area. Renovated 2005, some parts of the building are land marked (on a list of protected buildings). Ground floor: shower bath/WC, cooking niche, seats a max. for 4 persons, TV. Upper floor: bedroom for up to four persons, one of the beds is a loft bunk. Ideally for one or two persons. For those who are self-catering, bakery next door. Grocers and tramcar stop five minutes away by foot. Railway station 700 m, Neckar, old city and castle 2000 m approx. You can park your car on the premises for a fee.
