The luxurious 300 square meter stone villa (south facing) was built and tastefully furnished in June 2005. It is located on the picturesque Kas Peninsula. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet without missing the lively Kas atmosphere. The villa was built according to European standards and a high quality concept. The living room area with open-plan kitchen encompasses an area of 110 square meters. Each of the large bedrooms has its own bath and view of the sea. From the 300 square meter terrace with the 72 square meter pool, there is a unique view over the Mediterranean, the Greek island of Meis and other island groups. Underneath the villa, there is a number of bathing platforms that are reachable on foot (150 meters away). There is a bus service on Kas that serves the whole peninsula running every half hour. Travel time to the centre is only a few minutes and there you will find many beaches. More infos is available under my privat website (www).villa.sg-holiday.de

Services included in the rental rate and infos: We will try to organize the shuttle service for you from and to the airports of Dalaman and Antalya. The terraces are cleaned each morning, and we also take care of the pool. In the evening, we water the plants, if needed, or we take care of the garden. Included in the rental rates are the costs for gas for cooking, electricity (air conditioning not included) and water. We can deliver bread and water for you, and we can also help you renting a car. If you are not interested in these services (or in part of them), please let us know. If you want to book, we will send you the rental agreement per e-mail. Services with cost: We can of course offer you extra house personnel for your personal service. Therefore, there are additional costs of 50-70 Euro per employee and per day.

The electricity for air-conditioners will be charged by kilowatt consumption.

The kilowatt price is based on current prices of the utility company (currently 17 cents per hour). This corresponds to an average consumption of around 30-50€ a week in July until August and Januar until February aduring normal use. In the months of March to mid June and mid September to November in essentially no air conditioning needed

Excursions and sightseeing: There are multiple offers for organized trips in Kas. You can make various excursions by boat (the sightseeing of an immersed city, the transit to the Greek island Meis and many more). You can also make trips to Patara (the birth place of Nicholas), to Saklikent (one of the steep cliffs by a river), to Myra (wonderful cliff sepulchres), to Pamukale (with its lime terrace) and many to many other interesting locations. Furthermore, you have the chance to hike on one of the longest marked and most beautiful hiking trails of the world (520 km). The best season is spring or fall. If you are interest in self organized trips, there are many possible destinations, such as Patara beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey. This can be reached by a small bus or by a rented car. The drive takes 45 minutes and it is worth it.

This small paradise is located on one of the most southerly points of Turkey, an idyllic fishing village with 8000 inhabitants. Kas is situated in an unique natural location on the Mediterranean and is surrounded by the green Taurus mountains. The town is centrally located near to Dalaman airport (2 hours) and Antalya 3 hours). The Antalya coastal road is a unique experience. Many artists have settled in the town and add to the image of the area. In the streets you can find many cosy restaurants, small shops and pretty old houses. There are some very good shopping facilities and every Friday there is a large market. Silverware, Pashmina scarves and leather goods are cheap here. There are some small guesthouses and only a few large hotels. Kas is a small town and large buildings are denied planning permission by the local council. The peninsula is a part of the Kas region.

A very beautiful house with spectacular views. Ulku and Michael both very friendly and responsive to any request. Loved the dogs. House and beds very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. The staff (Joseph) very efficient - fresh bread every day! We enjoyed our relaxing respite tremendously - just the break we needed after the whirlwind of Istanbul.

Perfect Relaxation

I was recommended by a friend to stay at Villa Panorama and was sent photographs and the web link before booking but they did not sufficiently portray the true wonder and atmosphere of the place we felt upon arrival.

Michael and Ulku are superb hosts an made us feel as though their home was throughout our stay ours.

With stunning views and the facilities of the house at our disposal combined with sunshine it did not take long before the stresses of normal day life disappeared and we relaxed more quickly than I can recall in previous holidays.

We have two small children (5 and 3) and they loved the pool and playing hide and seek around the property.

Kas is a delightful town and everyone we met was so friendly and we became well known in a number of restaurants and shops in a very short period!

This is a place that we will certainly return to and we do not hesitate to give it the highest possible rating.

Tastefully decorated home with breath-taking view!

WOW!!
It's been said before but the pictures do not do it justice. This home is absolutely wonderful. We have travelled the world and stayed in some lovely homes but this one has everything!
Waking up to the view across to Meis was memorable to say the least. Ulku has an artist's feel for decoration and the home and gardens are a treasure. If you are pondering as to whether, or not, to book then go ahead quickly or somebody else will beat you to it.
Nothing has been forgotten and nothing is too much trouble for Ulku and Michael or Yosef and the dogs(Minnie, Alesha and Toni).
We had our 19 month old grand-daughter staying with us and the house and gardens were not a problem...there is enough shade and seating for relaxation and dining for 8 or more.
The plot is right on the peninsula road, which is a bonus, as many of the villas and hotels require a long up-hill walk to catch the dolmus into Kas.
We would love to go back in the future was a jewel above a turquoise sea!!

have just returned from a stunning week at villa panorama,views are amazing villa is immaculate and has everything you could wish for,it is hard to drag yourself away from the infinity pool and fabulous gardens and outside area ,it is so peaceful you feel as though your are in paradise.kas is magical the food wonderful ,would also recommend taking a boat trip we all had a wonderful day ,the beach at patara is worth the 40min bus trip,and thelocal bus is great value running every 1/2hr from outside the villa into kas and always on time,rob has had a 50th birthday to remember ,looking forward to going again very soon i hope,thankyou to michael and ulku

My husband and I (and our adult son, part time) 'lapped up' this "heavenly luxury" created by Michael and Ulku, for 3 weeks in June 2010. Words can never describe the absolute "beauty and attention to every detail" that Villa Panorma exudes! "She" sits 'high and proud' surveying a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the small Greek Island of Meis. An infinity pool appears to 'drip' into the salt water below and the flowering trees and shrubbery are 'artfully' displayed. Photos of the villa are just the 'icing on the cake' - it is impossible to imagine it could be even 'better' than shown BUT it is! Spotlessly clean, luxuriously decorated with "original art" by Ulku and "ultimate care by Michael and Ulku" was shown to us. Visiting the Friday Market with Ulku is 'joyful' as is getting to know her friends in Kas, especially Ramazan whose day long boat trip into secluded bays for spontaneous swimming and a 'meal on board' that is 'unforgetable'. Visions of this "marvellous" first visit to Turkey and especially our stay at Michael and Ulku's "Garden of Eden" are forever in our minds. Our plans to return are in the works. We truly feel, not only have we been fortunate to experience such a "magical place" , but we fondly include "Michael and Ulku" as people "Dear to our Hearts".
