This central manorial stylish and brightly private accommodation is situated in an old palace from 1880 on the second floor (elevator) with a typical berlinese flair. There are two bed-rooms and they are located to a very quiet courtyard (2 bed-rooms + 2 bath-rooms guest toilet). In the big living-room you can relax or surf in the internet or work on the old working desk. In the stylish dining-room you can enjoy some good dinner. From the apartment you can reach in only 10 minutes by foot the known Potsdamer Platz and in only 2 minutes by foot the tubes U2 Station Buelowstrasse and U1 Station Kurfuerstenstrasse. In this surrounding area you can find also the famous coffe-house named Einstein. Also shops, supermarkets and restaurants around the corner. In the price of the apartment is also included a free charge internet connection DSL with router. This holiday flat is a not smoking apartment!

This very lordly holiday apartment in Berlin is situated very central. The tube U1 Kurfuerstenstrasse and the tube U2 Buelowstrasse you can reach in only 2 minutes by foot. The know Potsdamer Platz you can reach in only 10 minutes by foot. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are around the corner. The famous Caffe Einstein is situated only 5 mintes by foot from the apartment.

Very charming apartment in the center of Berlin

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your Berlin apartment. It is perfectly situated in the city - so easy to get to all the places on our itinerary even with the Kurferstenstrasse station closed. Each night when we returned from the day's adventure, it was such a pleasure to return to a spacious apartment instead of a cramped hotel room. We're so glad to have found the apartment on the Internet and that it was available when we needed it. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Autentisches Wohnen wie in der Jahrhundertwende

.......wir fuehlten uns in dieser geraeumigen Altberliner-Wohnung mit unseren 2 Kindern und Grossmutter sehr wohl. Faszinierend waren die hohen Raeume und viel Platz fuer Alle. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ruhig; der kostenlose Internetzgang mit Wirless Router war sehr hilfreich und der Fahrstuhl fuer unsere Omi sehr bequem. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub in Berlin. Gerne empfehlen wir diese stilvolle und zentral gelegene Wohnung weiter.

Wir waren nur zu zweit in dieser wirklich grossen und herrschafftlichen Wohnung und genossen das stilvolle Apartment mit wirklich authentischem Jahrhundertwendeflair in vollen Zuegen, ueberall original Stuckdecken, Fluegeltueren und Wuerfelparkett und jedem Komfort.

Zentral und sauber, aber minimalistisch ausgestattet.
Fuer dieses Geld waere es gut wenn der Vermieter ein bisschen mehr im Badezimmer investiert.
Sonst ist fast alles in der Werbung richtig geschrieben.
