Edif. Lavante Puerto Banus Description: Beautifully situated with a superb sea view, this one bedroom apartment is in the port of Puerto Banus itself. The terrace faces the beach to the east. The size of the apartment is 60m2 with terraces that consists of a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room where upto two can sleep. This is a unique quieter part of the port with the main entrance opposite Louis Vuiton and the new D&G designer shops. There are very few apartments like this one so you are advised to book early. Features: 1 Bedrooms - sleeps 4, Sea Views, Satellite TV, Washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher.

This is one of the best positions you can get. In the port. Great views shops bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. Only 22 apartments most of which are locals only three are rented (so nice and quiet) The red pointer on the Google map is in the exact position of the property.

What to look for when choosing an apartment.: A lot of apartments and villas in this town are located up a hill and away from the port. However some are located in very noisey parts of the port. This apartment has a perfect location right in the quiet part of the port. The balcony is almost on the beach itself and the front entrance takes you right into the main part of the port. 100% of 2006 lettings were happy or very happy with this property. We have testimonials we would be happy to show you.

A great place to stay on the port. Ideal for all types of holiday and well equipped apartment. Would definetely go back!

Leaving the case on the last day was impossible - I was stuck on my own with a suitcase for 10 hours the day of departure - early flight or hire car to leave case in would have been better.
Owner's Response: Sometimes we can offer a late checkout but if we have a client that is arriving the same day as a departure then we ask for arrivals after 2pm and departures before 12 noon so the apartment can be cleaned.

Location, location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. We are regulars in Puerto Banus but have never managed to find an apartment with such a good location within the Port as well as functional outdoor space, so were delighted with the spacious balcony and sea views! All descriptions are accurate, the apartment well-equipped and good value, and the owners are very helpful and offer excellent customer service (posting the keys prior to the holiday is especially convenient compared to other apartments we've stayed in where we've had to taxi outwith the port to collect/drop off keys). The only thing missing is air-conditioning, however the large portable fan compensates for this. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to others, especially fellow shopaholics.....the apartment is literally surrounded by amazing shops!

We absolutely loved staying in your lovely apartment Nigel, thank you! It was exactly as advertised and had everything we wanted; comfort, spacious, spotless, ideally located in the old Port, breathtaking view of the sea and only a few short steps to the beach. The added bonus were the wonderful restaurants, all within walking distance. We would highly recommend this perfect place and look forward to returning next year. p.s. bring your credit cards for the fantastic shopping literally on your doorstep! Olwyn & Greg, Ireland

This apartment was situated right in the port overlooking the beach from the balcony. Very well equipped and comfortable and well maintained. A slight problem at the beginning of our stay was rectified promptly. A great place for people watching!

What a fantastic holiday we had when we stayed in this apartment in Puerto Banus. The view from the balcony was fabulous and close to the beach. However, re. shopping, I only took the plastic in case of an emergency ~ would you call Jimmy Choo an emergency ~ I did!!
