The Apartment has been completely newly renovated in spring 08. It is a very beautiful, luxurious apartment 3 walking minutes away from the center of Kaprun. The living room has got an open fire place, Flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, oven - baking facility, fridge, freezer ect. The 4 bedrooms have got 3 ensuite bathrooms and WC and one large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. Seperate guest toilet, Ski storage room with skiboot dryer, Cleaning room with washing machine and dryer. Parking space right outside the apartment. Special offer for renting in Jan 09.
