I have traveled the world but couldn't resist the lure of this Shangra La on the beautiful Central Coast and returned to start a local business and share the good life with my family, friends and fellow travelers! You will love it here too!
Marcia purchased this house in 2003
Charming, cheerful and loving environment. You will feel right at home and enjoy the convenience of not needing a car if you use the train, but can always rent one for those longer jaunts to the Hearst Castle, wine tasting and beaches. There is street and driveway parking too.
A delightful park is a few blocks away and weekly Farmers Market is walking distance too. French Hospital is less than a mile.
There is a BBQ, fire pit, fountain. The kitchen is well equipped but, very easy access to great restaurants (Cafe Roma, Sally Loos, Gus's, Thai) are only one block away. It is six blocks to downtown and all it has to offer: movie theaters, bars, Barnes & Noble, art, Mission Tolosa & the creek. The city bus stop is 1/2 block. It will take you to City Hall and connections to Cal Poly, Cuesta and other sites. The key here is Convenience and calling this happy colorful respite 'yours' so you can share in the SLO life!
This is your dream location! It is a warm and loving 100 year old home walking distance to the most delightful aspects of San Luis Obispo's downtown.
I would be happy to be your guide. Also, if you decide to fly to SLO, I can provide transportation from the airport.
