Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, gemütlich und geräumig. Trotz der Straße relativ ruhig. Zusätzliches wie Staubsauger und Teekanne kann man beim sehr netten Hausverwalter im 1.Stock erfragen, ist alles vorhanden. Man ist relativ schnell mit dem Auto in Hamburgs Elbvororten; der Strand in Wedel ist allerdings etwas weiter entfernt als 500 Meter.
Auch ohne Auto ist ein Urlaub dort vorstellbar, die Geschäfte sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die S-Bahn-Haltestelle und jede Menge Restaurants und Kneipen.
