Our 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located at Country Creek Estates and is fully air conditioned. A private screened pool backs on to a small lake with a fountain. The patio doors leading to the pool are fitted with child alarms. Pool side furniture for 6. All three bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans.with lights. Large lounge diner with separate breakfast area, 2 sofas, digital TV, DVD, radio and free high speed internet connection. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, en suite bathroom with bath and double shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The third bedroom has new twin beds TV & DVD player. The interior & exterior of the villa has recently been re-painted. A local 24hour Wal-mart super centre is a short drive away. Disney and all major theme parks are within easy reach by car. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. A new microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Also coffee maker, toaster & cooker. New Washer & dryer. All linen & towels provided.

    A refundable deposit of £100 secures the booking. In the unfortunate event that you may have to cancel your booking at any time up to six weeks prior to your arrival the deposit will be returned in full.
    The balance, along with a refundable security deposit of £200, is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Prices quoted are £385.00 per week, and include all utilities, cleaning fees and State and Tourist Taxes. Pool heat, which is available on request, is charged at £15.00 per day a total of £105.00 per week..
    I accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. Euros and American Dollars also accepted by cheque or bank transfer.

Villa exceeded our families expectations. All rooms gave us more than adeqate space to go about our daily routine. The villa was clean and very well maintained . The owner of the villa gave us first class service was very helpful in giving us additional information about the area prior to our visit which was invaluble as this was our first visit to Florida area. I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone who is visiting Florida and when we return to Florida in a few years we will be contacting owner about renting from them again. Villa was a 10 minute drive from all Disney attractions and five minutes to Kissimmee Downtown and endless amount of restaurants only 2 minutes drive along 192.

The villa is ideally situated - easy to get to from the airport and well placed to travel the major routes to all the attractions. The house is located in a very quiet area and we found it very relaxing to wind down after a hectic day in the pool area which overlooks the lake. This is a wildlife haven - muscovy ducks, cranes, ibis, osprey, numerous fish and alligators.
The photos and description given are accurate - the house is clean, very well maintained and well equipped to cater for 6 people. It has a homely feel and is furnished practically for a family holiday.This property is excellent value for money and is highly recommended for comfort, relaxation and location.

This lovely villa is just as described and shown above and is perfectly maintened. It is in a perfect location, close enough to all theme parks (provided you have a car) with a walmart easily reached within 5 minutes for all your essentials. There are also many good restaurants, mini golf courses and plenty of outlet stores (for the ladies!) all within a 5 to 10 minute radius. The olive garden and smokey bones are particular favourites of mine, and the breakfast buffet at the ponderosa, (just minutes away) is wonderful, especially if you've been cooking breakfast for 6 for a week already! After running around all day at any of the theme parks, it is the perfect haven to come back to, the area is so peaceful, especially early in the morning looking onto the lake! The villa is also wonderfully positioned to catch the sun from late morning until sundown. I have been fortunate enough to stay here twice already, and have booked up for a further fortnight in 2010. Florida has become my favourite holiday destination, and even with a vast array of places to choose from, this will be my only destination!

Great family time

We enjoyed this home a great deal it was just as you see and what we needed. It was just a little ways from all the hustle of the parks and gave that piece and quiet to wind down. The view and neighborhood was very tranquil. It is very close to all amenties.

Lakeside Villa

A wonderful villa that was exactly as described and in the photos. The villa did have extras that were not described such as inflatables to borrow and poncho's to share. There was a wonderful book collection that we hope was an exchange system as that is what we did. The villa was a great place to have a day away from parks etc. The pool was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and with the sun loungers provided was an ideal relaxation day. The overlook onto the lake ensured all of our family were engrossed looking for Gators and we were not dissapointed. We did see several sightings in the lake and on the shore but they soon scurried back into the water if you made any noise.
