This luxurious holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 95 m² + terrace is in the middle of a peaceful tropical resort with 3 pools, whirlpool, tennis, golf course, club house, restaurant, 24 h security and a lot more. Only $499.00 per week. No cleaning fee. Each reservation includes a bottle of wine, 1 bottle of Cola and Sprite, a super coupon discount package and card material. Furnished in Floridian style with light pastel colours and a tropical atmosphere. Your children will love the many Disney stuffed animals and DVDs. The apartment was just completely newly renovated, newly painted and new carpet was laid (only in the bedrooms, otherwise tiles everywhere else) and has 2 brand new, very luxurious bathrooms with a granite vanity mirror and 3 ceiling fans, LCD flat screen TV in the bedroom. The owner is German, lives in the neighbourhood and works for ADAC in Orlando. Welcome to Orlando!

Top geführte und ausgestatte Ferienwohnung die absolut sauber und ordentlich ist.Man wird durch den Eigentümer bestens betreut .Absolut TOP sind seine Ausflugstipps .Wer gerne auf eigene Faust Urlaub in Orlando machen möchte und dort eine preisgünstige Wohnung sucht ist dort bestens aufgehoben.
Ich werde dort auf jedenfall noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Super Anlage, jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir hatten dort zu 4 Urlaub gemacht (vom 3-18 August 2009, 1 Erw. und 3 Kinder/Jugendliche)) und waren sehr zufrieden.
Zum Pool/Virlpool waren es nichtmal 2min Fußweg und auch die FeWo machte einen guten Eindruck.
Zum Waschen und Kochen waren die Geräte völlig ok, wenn gleich man nicht diese mit neusten "deutschen"
Geräten vergleichen sollte :-)
Die Wohnungsübernahme, wie auch dessen Abgabe verliefen reibungslos.Kaution war binnen kurzer Zeit (3Tage)
wieder auf meinem Konto.
Bei Fragen konnte man seinen "Vermieter" direkt vor Ort in "deutsch" belästigen, welcher immer einen hilfsbereit zur Seite stand.
Also macht weiter so...spitzen Urlaub , danke

Kompliment, die Wohnung ist ausserordendlich sauber und gepflegt. Das kann man leider von so manch teurem Hotel in Florida nicht sagen. Sehr gut ist ebenfalls das sie in einer bewachten Anlage zu finden ist. Securityfahrzeuge patrollieren den ganzen Tag. So sicher haben wir uns in den USA bislang noch nie gefühlt. Anreise war sehr einfach, Wegbeschreibung perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung des Domizils lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist einfach ALLES vorhanden was man braucht. Wir werden sicherlich bei unserem nächsten besuch in Orlando wieder dort wohnen wollen. Nochmals : Kompliment an den Besitzer (der noch dazu super nett und freundlich ist). So muss eine Ferienwohnung sein.

Hallo,
wir waren vom 30.5. - 05.06.2009 in Ihrer Wohnung. Die saubere Wohnung in dem gepflegten und überwachten Ventura Country Club koennen wir sehr empfehlen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Baeder sind wunderbar. Zum Swimmingpool neben dem kleinen See ist es nicht
weit. Angenehm ist, dass man vom Flughafen nicht weit fahren muss. Die Lage fuer viele Ausfluege ist genial. Fuer Ihre wertvollen Tipps zum Aufenthalt in Florida bedanken wir uns herzlich.

Sehr schöne Feriewohnung im Erdgeschoß mit kompletter Ausstattung im ruhiger bewachter Wohnanlage.
Erhollungsmöglichkeiten auf der Terasse der Wohnung oder in einem der Schwimmbäder in der Nähe der Wohnung.
Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe, erreichbar und deutsch sprechend.
Anfahrt zum Wohnpark sehr einfach.
