Villa Montesano with sea view for 4 people & children. There is a romantic stone bodega for cosy hours and a pool with chairs for hot days. A large BBQ house for coal, gas or electricity and loungers with sun protection are available. Villa with a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. Hiking paths are situated by the house. The name Montesano means: 'the healthy mountain'. A secluded roof terrace for a full body tan is available. This property is a treat during all seasons. Pets are welcome. Garage and carport for a fee. On request, there are guided hikes and excursions to the waterfalls of Callosa or to the reservoir in Guadalest. Secret tips for good restaurants are included. In a few minutes you can get to the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca. The beautiful Gerona valley is a true view. Here you can go on a great holiday. Montesano is located on the southern slopes above the village of Sanet y Negrals. During the summer, the cool sea breeze refreshes and during the winter you can enjoy the sunny, dry location. You will have a stunning view of the mountains, the Montgo, Denia and the Mediterranean Sea. In a 5-minute drive you can reach Ondara, where there is the largest shopping centre in the Valencia area. The most beautiful beach in the area can be reached in a 10-minute drive. Also in 10 minutes, you can reach the safari park Vergel, there you and your children can swim with the sea lions. 30 km away you will find the waterfalls of Callosa, it is pure nature. There are hardly any recreational activities that you cannot do here. Fishing, mountain climbing, hiking, cycling, water park, golf, jogging, riding, surfing, diving, tennis and water sports are possible. This property is ideal for people who are stressed. Hallo Horst,

wir waren total begeistert von unserem Urlaub.Nachdem wir uns entschieden hatten mal nicht den typischen Hotelurlaub zu machen,sind wir auf dein Domizil gestossen und wir müssen sagen,die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen.Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön.Besonders das Frühstück an der Esstheke macht so richtig Spaß.Der Ausblick vom Berg ist atemberaubend.Man blickt nicht auf die wie Sardinen liegenden Urlauber so wie man es aus dem Hotel kennt.Natur pur und herrliche Ruhe.Am Pool relaxen und ein gutes Buch lesen wo kann man das besser als hier?Deine Gastgeberqualitäten sollten hier auch noch Erwähnung finden.Die Ausflüge die wir mit dir gemacht haben waren super.Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Du hast uns entgültig vom Hotelurlaub kuriert

stürmische ferien

nachdem wir endlich in den lang ersehnten urlaub durften, machte uns leider nach wenigen tagen der iberische monsun einen strich durch die rechnung...gewitter, sturm, stromausfälle und regen regen regen...doch trotz allem hat sich horst die größte mühe gegeben, uns den urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. ob restaurant-tipps, rundfahrten, yoga, joggen, gymnastik oder ein stromgenerator, horst war für alles zu haben und jederzeit zu hilfe. vor allem seine warnhinweise, wie z.b. eine kaktusfeige nicht mit bloßen händen anzufassen, sollte man unbedingt befolgen! er weiß wovon er spricht!

die vier süßen vierbeiner rundeten das ganze ab und haben sich ebenfalls ganz aufmerksam um uns gekümmert!
die küche bietet alles was man zum kochen braucht, das wohnzimmer ist riesig und bietet bei schlechtem wetter genug, um sich mit tv, dvd, spielen oder zeitschriften beschäftigen zu können.

das haus ist wirklich traumhauft und die betreuung super so dass kaum wünsche offen bleiben!

Ferienhaus mit Suchtpotential

Als erfahrene Ferienhausurlauber (10 Jahre) können wir dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus nur jedem ans Herz legen. Bis heute haben wir noch kein Objekt in dieser Ausstattung und mit diesem Service vorgefunden. Hier fehlt es wirklich an Nichts... vom scharfen Messer bis zum Messsbecher. Alles ist mit Liebe ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ein Traum... Ruhe ohne Ende, Traumblick aufs Meer und in die Berge, Swimmingpool vom Feinsten etc. etc. etc. Der Platz reicht leider nicht aus, um alles zu Beschreiben :-( Ein Auto ist jedoch in jedem Fall notwendig. Die Krönung des Ganzen ist der Vermieter - er steht einem zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Lieber Horst, uns gefällt es einfach so gut bei Dir, dass wir nun schon zum 5. Mal im kleinen Paradies Urlaub machen. Leider müssen wir am Samstag wieder nach Hause. Auch dieses Mal haben wir wieder schöne Ausflüge mit Dir und den Hunden gemacht, lecker gegessen und am Pool relaxt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal bei Dir. Liebe Grüße
