If you’re looking for an unrepeatable view of the mountains, the enchanting old town on the banks of the Isar and unbelievable sporting and rest and recreation facilities then Bad Tölz is the place for you! Welcome! The modern, elegant and classy furnishings will turn your holiday into a real experience from day one. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is an invitation to cook and enjoy your food. If you want to be spoiled then take the lift downstairs to the Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Afterwards you can relax in your cosy living room in front of the LCD television and hifi. Conclude your day by breaking open a bottle of wine on the balcony and be inspired by the idyllic atmosphere and the fantastic view of the Karwendel Mountains. You’ll be able to relax and sleep in your romantic bedroom, where the next day you’ll wake up to the view of the mountains from your bed.

A perfect combination of idyll and infrastructure! Situated next to a golf course, with the mountains, forest and meadows right outside the front door, and yet with shopping facilities three minutes from here by foot. The historic old town with its picturesque pedestrian zones, weekly markets and famous Christmas market which is known far and beyond the Isarwinkel can easily be reached by foot or by bus. The bus will also take you to the railway station situated 0,5 km away. Golf, hiking, swimming, skiing, skating and climbing are only a few of the sporting activities on offer, which you can practice in the surrounding region. 31 golf courses situated within 50 km say it all! Check out the pistes of Brauneck from your balcony. Ideally located for excursions to Munich, Oberbayern, Austria and Italy the villa is the perfect place whether you’re on holiday, taking the waters at the spa or simply out to relax.

Wie bereits anhand der Fotos versprochen, haben wir ein helles, bequemes und modern eingerichtetes Feriendomizil mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht vorgefunden, in dem wir herrlich entspannen konnten. Dazu trug auch das bequeme und kuschelige Bett bei.
Nicht zu vergessen war der nette aber denzente Umgang der Vermieter mit uns Urlaubern. Wir konnten uns ganz wie zu Hause fühlen! Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den lieben Empfang, bei dem auch an das leibliche Wohl gedacht worden war.
Wer allerdings eine voll ausgestattete Koch- Küche erwartet, wird ev. ein wenig enttäuscht sein. Aber schließlich will man den Urlaub ja nicht in der Küche verbringen und Bad Tölz bietet neben einem Inder und viel einheimischer Küche auch einen wundervollen Italiener...

Ein perfektes Quartier fuer 2 Persoenen. Sauber und gepflegt; geschmackvolle und vollstaendige Einrichtung. Sehr schoene Aussicht. Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Baecker zu Fuss zu erreichen. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt!
