Newly built chalet -AD- (Aqua Dulce) in Mallorquin/Mauric style, exclusive interior with paintings on the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; complete kitchen, WC, BBQ, terraces, parking, pool, lavanderia, sea views towards Costa de los Pinos. The 1st floor has a large terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, air condition in all rooms and heating. It is suitable for self-caterer, for families, near Son Servera (1 km) with excellent infrastructure. Golf facilities 4 x within near distance, beaches nearby. The tennis-spa-golf facilities of the nearby Pula Suites Hotel can be used.

Additional information about rental rates

  • As off 4 weeks rent within the high season the daily rent is 380,-. The prices include electricity, water, heating, bed linen and handkerchiefs (change once a week). Pool- and beach towels are not supplied.
    A yearly rent contract can be offered for 5.000,-/monthly rent, plus extras. 6 month prepaimant required
    or upon request.
  • Final cleaning 150,- (intermediate cleaning on request against charge)
  • Deposit for 1/2 weeks rental 1000,-
    Prepaiment 20 % of the total rent amount for reservation and confirmation to me.
    Final Payment 80 % plus final cleaning plus deposit at arrival to the owner.
    Deposit for a years-contract: 5.000,-

Fish-specialities in the restaurant Caàn Pistoletta, Ctra.Son Servera-Cala Millor km 2, on Sunday’s 12.00 - 15.00 a.o. local families enjoy their meals. Good ones in Sera di Pula within Pula golf resort (reservation required), Hotel Can Simonetta at the round-circle just before Canyamel, Rest. Isabel with Toni (games inclusive), in Arta: Can Balager on the main road, dito Parisienne with sometimes prominent guests, Capdepera: Cafe` Orient with excellent Tappas and Tuesday Jazz (in winter)

sandy beaches: In Cala Bona (6km), Cala Millor (8km), Canyamel Beach: 300 m wide sandy beach(8km), Cala Ratjada: Son Moll + Cala Guya (10km) and several others some km far away.
