About Ted Reynolds
I am retired from the United States Navy, serving twenty-four years in the Submarine Service. My wife and I have lived in Florida for the past ten years. (We're hooked on it.)
I occupy myself now with writing. I'm working on my second novel. My first novel is titled, 'Ospreys Mate For Life' (they do). It is scheduled to be published the first of next year.
My wife is a school teacher with Hillsborough County.
It is our plan to move into this town home once my son, graduates from high school. Until then, we offer it to you. It is truly beautiful and we hope you will love it as much as we do.
Ted Reynolds purchased this townhome in 2013
Why Ted Reynolds chose Apollo Beach
Brisa Del Mar is situated on Tampa Bay at the end of Apollo Beach Blvd. To the right is a nature preserve that provides a secluded beach with picnic pavilions. There is pier and surf fishing. To the left is a cul de sac. The traffic in the neighborhood is people who live there. No streets that lead to somewhere else. The beach is an easy walk. Land's End Marina and Circles Restaurant are a short walk in the other direction. It's a marvelous place to bike. But the thing I like most about the home is going to the rooftop terrace and watching the sea birds by day and the lights of St. Petersburg by night. And always a gentle breeze blows. Seclusion with easy access to amenities. What else could I want?
What makes this townhome unique
Access to excitement, seclusion, the sea and a breeze. You are an hour from all that Central Florida has to offer. From the theme parks in Orlando and Tampa to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, golfing, deep sea fishing, it's all here for you to explore.
