Beautiful bay front, perfect for a private vacation. Newly remodeled in 2010. Main level has a modern, fully equipped, large kitchen with breakfast bar. Open floor plan includes kitchen, dining and living room, perfect for entertaining. The master suite has a large bath and a breathtaking view of the bay. It has an extra full size refrigerator and laundry separate from the sleeping area. French doors allow access to the upper deck from the master. There's a hammock and bench swing on lower deck to watch the turtles play or take a nap. The private dock has lights, power and water with multiple slips. It also has a covered, lit, fish cleaning station with water. Great fishing right from the dock and easy access to the Gulf. Jet ski parking as well. This piece of paradise has a large open yard for outdoor activities that's fenced from the rest of the island, making it fully secluded. Spacious guest apartment available with an additional kitchen, an additional bath and 2 double beds. The gulf beach is just two minutes down the sand path.
My husband and I grew up in the Midwest. We brought our family to the beautiful gulf beaches as much as we could as they were growing up. We stumbled across Little Gasparilla Island and fell in love. We live on the gulf side of the Island full time now and love every minute of everything the island has to offer.

The fishing is incredible! The beach is amazing. There's nothing as secluded as this property on the island.
The dock on this property is unbelievable. You can take your morning coffee down and enjoy sunrise... or cast a line in to catch Snook, Redfish, Snapper or a Sheepshead. It's set up to handle several boats and even jet skis. The previous owner was an avid fisherman so he thought of everything to make slipping your boat, fishing, cleaning your fish and hanging out on the dock a great experience.
What a great vacation, we booked this house for the week of new year's with my in-laws. It was perfect for us, a smaller apartment below for my in-laws and the 5 of us upstairs. The house was super clean and perfectly appointed, everything we needed was there and if it wasn't, the owners Rhonda and Lee, were more than happy to help us get it. They welcomed us to their islands new year party and made sure we felt a part of the festivities including the golf cart parade and ball drop. Kids had a great time fishing off the dock and beach they didn't want to leave!!
We had a great time. The house was in very nice condition and we loved to have our dog running free around the house and on the beach. Everything went smooth and easy.
What a great family vacation. Our oldest son had just graduated from college so we wanted something memorable. we said before we went to LGI that our lab Gabby would have the best time...Well she certainly did, thanks for having her. If fishing and boating everyday (with the occasional laying on the beach) is your thing then this spot is perfect. Rhonda & Lee were perfect hosts and Deric & Connor providing any needed assistance. Boys fished every night from the dock and there were numerous trips to the Waterside Grill for awesome cheeseburgers. Day trips to Cabbage Key for the "Cheeseburgers in Paradise" and fishing in Boca Grande pass. Little Gasparilla is an Island so beware the first day and the last day is work, anything that comes over has to go in your boat. Also, pack lightly, you don't need anything but bathing suits and maybe a pair of shorts or two for a dinner excursion. We'll be back again!
We really enjoyed our vacation in June at this beautiful property. We stayed here with another family and had plenty of room with the added bottom level. Hung out on the dock a lot and used the fish cleaning station (thanks for the shaded cleaning station!). If you want a property right on the intracoastal water with a big dock, this is for you! Owners were very kind and thoughtful. A little pricey, but we will be back!
What an absolutely gorgeous home, tastefully decorated, had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of room to sleep our family of nine There is a beautiful view of the bay, we bought our boat and the dock was nice and spacious, and included a cleaning station. The beach was only a short walk away, the fishing was great and Leigh and Rhonda were great and were only a phone call away if we needed anything or had questions, we will definitely be back! My family and another stayed at this house. My family has 6 people, and the other family traveling with us has 4. We stayed upstairs, the others stayed downstairs. It was perfect! The house is extremely clean, well-kept and has everything that you could possibly need. The dock into the bay provided many hours of fishing fun for the kids. The beach is less than a two minute walk away. Shells were everywhere on the beach, which was fun for the kids. The island, as a whole, is very quiet. If you're looking to be entertained, this is probably not the place for you, but if you're looking for a very calm, relaxing, beautifully peaceful vacation, this is it! And, the owners, Leigh and Rhonda were amazing! Their hospitality was top-notch. They made sure we had everything we needed. At one point, we had no soap, they had it to us within an hour. Great people! Great home! Great island!

Holidays are an additional $500 per week. (New Years Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Our home has two options for you. Option 1-the upstairs sleeps 6 in 3 king beds. ($2000 per week) Option 2-we have a guest apartment downstairs with a separate kitchen, full bath and two double beds. ($2500 per week). No one else can rent the apartment if you don't.
The deposit is due with your signed contract to secure your dates. 70% of the rent is due, plus tax, 45 days before your arrival. The remaining 30% is due 2 weeks prior or you can bring cash the day of your arrival for a 5% discount. We accept checks or Paypal for payment. The email to use in Paypal is email@example.com, please select "friends or family payment" so there's no fee.
