New house, bungalow, with land area of ??600 m2 and 400 m2 built, super spacious and bright with large rooms fully glazed overlooking the garden and pool. 50 inch TV with SKY, DVD and sound to MP3 players. Swimming pool with wooden deck, large garden, barbecue and spacious balconies will make you feel really relaxed. It borders with native forest (Mata Atlantica) where there rarely appear various types of birds such as toucans and blood-ties. Rent with homemade included with every comfort and good taste. The condo has 2 tennis courts, a sports field, playground, games room and sauna plus 2 football fields. It is just 500m from the beach with exclusive access and placement service daily tent and chairs.
