'Villa Michaelia' and the detached small house 'Peristeriona' stand on our beautiful land overlooking the Aegean Sea and some of its islands. There are hills descending to the bay of the Chrissopigi, the green riverbed below- sounds of goats, sheep, crickets, wonderful Mediterranean fragrance from the many spices and flowers in the terraced garden, grapes, olive trees, fig, citrus and pomegranate trees- very quiet, romantic and relaxing. Both houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, stereo systems as well as sat TV, yet furnished and decorated in typical Cycladic style. One gets the authentic pleasant feel of Greece. Our property is 3km. away from beautiful main 'town' Apollonia, with all shopping facilities, as well as 3-15 km. away from the wonderful various beaches and bays of Sifnos. You can get a car for an additional charge. Being able to get around the island is very easy and appreciated (especially by the Greeks).

On a wonderful mediterranean piece of land we have our 2 houses- situated on both sides of a mature lush garden ! most wonderful view of the mediterranean with the opposite islands from every point !! It is possible to rent the whole Villa Michaelia together with the small house, which means- 4 bedrooms in the BIG HOUSE , with 2 further sitting areas that sleep up to 4 persons ( 4 full single beds) and in the SMALL HOUSE a double bedroom ( mezzanine) and a sitting area that accommodates up to 3 persons ( 3 single beds). This combination is suitable for bigger families, people that want much space, or 2 -4 families, as well as a group of friends... The price advertised is for up to 17 persons.INCLUDED in the price are 3 CARS !! Please inquire prices for partial rental !!

The island of Sifnos is considered amongst the most beautiful, authentic, and not overcrowded with mass tourism islands of the Cyclades. The island has water, hence green and fertile. It has dramatic nature, some high mountains, descending cliffs, plateaus, valleys, creeks and bays, sandy as well as rocky beaches- a typical Greek island at its best! There are many villages, inland as well as on the sea, and they are very diverse in character. Apollonia, the beautiful main village, offers many shopping as well as entertainment opportunities. Sifnos is known to have one of the best Greek cuisines, and its pottery industry goes back to ancient times. People say that Sifnos has a church for every day of the year- taking walks along the hidden paths one always finds a tiny church. The Sifniotes are cheerful kind people, this you may experience in one of the church fiestas that happen all the year around- the Panagiri-island music, local wine and dishes, home made.

Wonderful cycladic villa in a truly greek island

We have really loved our stay in this wonderful villa in beautiful Sifnos. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The house is a traditional cycladic building surrounded by all sort of trees, in particular splendid bougainvilleas. The house has beautiful verandas, great for enjoying reading, listening music or having breakfast and diner, with splendid view: Chrisopighi church and bay in the front and Folegandros and Sikinos islands in the horizon.

The owner is very nice and friendly and has been attentive to our needs. The 2 cars provided have been very much appreciated to discover the island. Our kids have also enjoyed listening to the Greek music CDs provided by the owner :-)

If you are looking for a Cycladic experience in a Greek atmosphere we really recommend you this villa. You'll love it too.
