The old Blacksmith building is located in a quite courtyard environment in the center destrict of Berlin in the Perleberger Street 16, close to the new Berlin main train station and the Fritz-Schloß park. The name of the apartment is derived from historical function of the 100 year old building as a service work-shop for the near Ulanen barracks which had 1200 horses. The apartment is suitable for a group of 4 (max. 6 quests). It has 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have Queen Size beds and there is an additional sofa bed. The whole apartment offers a comfortable basis for your activities right in the the city centre of Berlin, close to the new main trainstation. The 2 bedrooms are in first floor. An indoor wooden stair will give you acces to this floor. There two bathrooms one with bath tub one with shower close to the bedrooms. The main living room with live-in high quality kitchen has wooden table which let you host up to 8 people.

Super! Alles was man auf den Fotos sieht, entspricht der Realität. Es fehlte uns wirklich an gar nichts (Miele Espressomaschine, Laptop, Internet und Parkplatz kostenlos usw.)
Zu Fuss ist es 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Tolle Pizzeria in der Lehrterstr.
Wir würden sofort wieder buchen und die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen!

Großzügige, geschmackvoll ausgestattete ferinewohnung. lässig im hinterhof gelegen auch zum chillen in der stadt geeignet. einziges manko-die lage: die gegend selbst gibt eher wenig her und die anbindung an öffentliche verkehrsmittel nicht optimal (u bahn 10-15min zu fuß).

Wohnen in Berlin mit allem Komfort

Die Einrichtung dieser großzügigen schönen Wohnung mit allen Extras (Notebook, Wlan, großer Fernseher, tolle Kücheneinrichtung, Infomaterial, kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof...) und die perfekte Sauberkeit erzeugten für uns die richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir genossen besonders die Miele Espressomaschine. Unsere Enkelin mit 15 Monaten fand ein neues Kinderbett, einen neuen Hochstuhl und ein Bobbycar von Philipp Starck vor. Der Bus fuhr vor der Haustüre los und nach vielen Besichtigungen konnten man Abends draußen noch ein Gläschen trinken. Für Gartenmöbel ist gesorgt. Es freut uns, wenn keine Haustiere willkommen sind. Die nette und persönliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter rundete den gelungenen Aufenthalt ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
