A distinctive villa in the south of Rhodos.

At Kiotari, one of Rhodes' most beautiful areas south of Lindos, lies the charming, truly unique Villa Chevalier. At the edge of a wooded hill (30 m above sea level), it offers amazing views of the mile long bay, surrounding pine forest and fields. Situated in the absolute privacy of a large estate (4 acres) with mature trees, the villa stands out with the quality of its sophisticated design, the comfortable interior, relaxing outdoor and amazing location. Secluded, yet within walking distance to the picturesque locality's center and main beach, with fisher boats, tavernas, bars, shops. A great place to stay and perfectly located to explore the beauties of the island. The villa has 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Cleaning, Linen and Towels: The villa is cleaned and completely prepared for your arrival. Cleanind is once a week in order to preserve your privacy, bed sheets and towels are changed. Cleaning can be more often if you wish. Linen, towels for the bath and the pool are provided, but not beach towels. Every visit for cleaning, change of linen and towels is upon arrangement and lasts ca. 3 hours. The pool runs automatically and is maintained once a week (normally together with house cleaning). The sparkling clean pool water is the result of the overflow system, the ionization unit and the professional filter systems.

Guest Info A-Z: Our guests receive a brochure with info about the area and recommendations from previous guests.

Distances: 300 m to bus station with frequent trips to Lindos and Rhodes town. 600 m to the locations center, Kiotari main beach , supermarket, cafes, Tavernas, flower shop, dentist, hairdresser, butcher. 2 km to the tourist resort center with shopping center, ATM, bars, discos, watersports, boat trips, taxi station, pharmacy. 3 km to Medical Center (24/7). 4km to Asklipio Village, 12 km to Lindos, 8km to Pefki, 30 km to Prasonissi, 60 km to Rhodes city, 60 km to airport and harbour.

Kiotari is in the tranquil southern part of the island of Rhodos. Endless beaches, crystal clear water, a wonderful local climate and a magical unspoilt region. This detached villa is in the countryside with no neighbouring buildings but still close to the tiny, original town centre and Kiotari beach. The lively hotel area is at a safe distance. Further north-east is cosmopolitan Lindos with its antique Acropolis and Pefki with a huge selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Further south there are more lonely beaches and bays to discover. The local towns have retained their original character. At the southern point, by the surfer paradise of Prasonissi the seas north and south of Rhodos meet by a narrow headland. Kiotari is easily accessible. It is easy to get around the whole island from here.

Blue sea and sky, big pool, barbeque and wifi.

A near perfect holiday. This villa has all the vital features, absolute privacy, split level providing separate living space, a real 'swimming' pool, a large barbeque area with shaded dinning table - and WiFi that works non-stop through out the villa. There are points needing attention but these are trivial within he overall experience. Ioannis the owner is charming and attentive to any issue whilst remaining discrete. And the bluest sea and sky.

Family Holiday

We stayed at the Villa for 2 weeks and found ourselves having one of the best holidays ever.
Rhodos is a very nice island. The old town, the shops in the new town, Lindos, the butterfly valley, Prasonisi, Kiotari beach,... lots of beatiful and fun things to do and all not that far away.
The location of the villa itself is perfect: the environment is really calm and beatiful. Hills on one side, the sea on the other side, and located at the end of a small road with nobody to bother you.
We were with 3 children and 6 adults, wich was perfectly possible as there are 4 bedrooms, and theres a lot of space in the villa. We all enjoyed the nice swimming pool, the relaxing terraces and the adventurous garden.
Supermarket is really close, very convenient. We ate more than half the time at the villa itself (used the barbeque quite frequently). The other times we went to local restaurants like Stefano's in Kiotari or Nick's in Asklipio.

Conclusion: 5 stars, easily

We had a great holiday at Villa Chevalier. It's a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting in a lovely part of Rhodes. Nothing was too much bother for Ioannis and Vania and the place was immaculate when we arrived.
Hope to return one day.

Ideal place for a family holiday

Villa Chevalier was all it promised to be and more with all the home comforts and privacy that you need. We were a large group with teenagers and young adults but we never felt as though we were in each other's way in such a spacious and well appointed villa The pool was wonderful and provided hours of fun and a place to cool offl. The outside space was just perfect for relaxing together. The views from the villa were spectacular and we recommend a trip up onto the roof to look at the night sky. It was our pleasure to meet Ioannis who was so accomodating and friendly, he made us feel completely at home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Cette villa merveilleusement placée, à la fois proche de tous commerces et sur sa hauteur entourée d'arbres, comme un lieu très sauvage. Remarquable aussi par ses divers lieux de vie dehors, dedans et une piscine avec sa vue sur la mer à travers les arbres. Tout confort matériel.
Nous y avons passés une semaine en famille que nous n'oublierons jamais dans cette île où le soleil était tout les matins au rendez-vous et la mer, la mer bleue marine, turquoise, lagon et chaude dans les diverses plages ou rochers que que nous avons fréquentés. Merci Ioannis
