The modern cathedral cailing house has 3 bedrooms and an office/Guestroom. 1 Master bedroom with king size bed, cable TV, WC + shower, 2 walk in closets, direct access to pool, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 'office' with 'sleeper' for your eventual 2 guests. Full bathroom has direct access to pool. The dining room is connected with one living room and second living/family room is with cable TV. The central located kitchen is fully equipped. The house is in Florida-Style furnished and equipped with double linens, towels, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The pool with whirlpool, which is thermostat-solar-heated is secured with Lanai (screen). Pool beds are in Patio to your disposal. Embarq High Speed Internet.

The house is located very central but also in very quite area. It is only minutes away to shopping and restaurants in Cape Coral. The dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island are only 15 - 20 minutes away by car. To Fort Myers beach - Estero - the eldorado of water sports, you drive only 15 minutes. The grill is on the cement boat dock to your disposal. For eventually rented motor boat, you have the landing stage with walk-around-dock directly before the house. The salt water canal is leading you to Caloosahatchee River and the Golf.

Wir haben einen Monat wunderschöne Ferien in der Villa Florida verbracht. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben ruhig und direkt am Wasser gelegen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Zum Frühstück konnten wir selbstgepflückte Grapefruit geniessen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen, es ist behaglich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool hatte mit 28 bis 30° eine äußerst angenehme Wassertemperatur. Zum Vermieter bestand ein sehr netter Kontakt. Uns wurden frühzeitig Bilder und umfangreiche Informationen per E-Mail zur Vergügung gestellt, Vertragsabschluss, Abwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe waren völlig unproblematisch. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir im Haus sehr nett empfangen. Vor Ort gibt es eine Agentur als Ansprechpartner. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Florida sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Das Haus können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir waren von den vielen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung begeistert. Supermärkte, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Hülle und Fülle. Im Haus gibt es zur Orientierung Informationsmaterial und eine Auswahl von Speisekarten verschiedener Restaurants.
