Our property is situated on the SW corner of Jefferson Park, and less than 2 minutes from Mile High Stadium and the Pepsi Center. We are less than 5 minutes to the heart of Downtown Denver, Union Station, Light Rail and the Convention Center! You couldn’t ask for a better location to experience all that Denver has to offer.
Our Denver City House is a brand new construction, modern ½ duplex where no expense was spared in the detail, finishes and furnishings of this property. With almost 1,800 SF of living space, every nook and cranny appeals to your modern aesthetic. Everything in the house is brand new and thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind.
Each of our three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high end furnishings, bedding and en suite bathrooms. With 500-thread count sheets, bathrobes for each guest and fluffy Turkish towels, you’ll have all the amenities of a resort and the privacy of your own space. Both the King (Master) and Queen bedrooms feature high-end memory foam mattresses while the double bed features a fluffy pillow top mattress, all of this to give you the rest and relaxation you deserve.
The gourmet kitchen features dark espresso cabinets, white quartz countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Here you’ll find everything you need to create the perfect meal, cup of coffee or enjoy happy hour.
The open floor plan of the main level allows for everyone in the kitchen and living room to spend time together. The chefs in your family can stay busy in the kitchen and still being a part of the group lounging on the couch. The main level includes a large sectional couch with enough seating for 7 and a dining room table that seats 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating. It also includes a built in media center with a 52” flat screen TV and DVD player for the nights you feel like relaxing and watching some TV.
Spend time under the stars on our recently completed back patio which cobblestone pavers and a firepit for those nights you want to cozy up to a fire.
Our home also features: A high efficiency washer dryer, WIFI, air conditioning, secured 2 car garage, alarm system with cameras and motion sensor detectors, blinds throughout for privacy, iron and ironing board, pack n play and a Keurig Coffee Machine.
This is the perfect location for groups of friends or couples, or families visiting Denver. It's also great for corporate rentals. The City House can comfortably fit three couples or 6 people. We can accommodate 7 if the 7th person is a child and can share a bed or sleep in our pack n play. No more than 7 persons are allowed in this home.

We are happy to recommend restaurants, shopping or things to do as we are Denver natives and know our city like that back of our hand.

We bought this home because it was located in one of Denver's hottest neighborhoods. We love the walkability of it and how close it is to Downtown. From the moment we saw it we fell in love with it because of its stunning finishes and location on Jefferson Park.
What makes this house unique
Everything in this home is brand new!! You don't have to sit on a dingy old couch or sleep on an old mattress! We spared no expense on providing you with luxurious amenities including memory foam mattresses, robes, Turkish Towels and 500 thread count sheets. You also don't have to share a bathroom! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom! In addition to all of that, we are local and able to assist with anything you might need!

I find that staying in a hotel is a very sterile environment.
I much more enjoy staying in an established area where I can really get a sense of the city I'm visiting. When we found cityhouserental.com's Denver City property online, it seemed too good to be true.
A brand new duplex in the best area of downtown Denver, Colorado.
It was furnished in upscale city design with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a fire pit outside in an enclosed space. All new appliances and all the amenities one could ask for or need. Most importantly, a secure garage and property where we felt safer than in a hotel.
The house was across the street from a beautiful neighborhood park in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to many of the fabulous restaurants and fun things to do in the city.Bottom line, is that this rental was actually well beyond what we expected and really made our vacation that much more fantastic! I highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will also be renting this house again...and again!
