The nature stone house is tastefully & lightly furnished w/sophisticated equipment, fully air conditioned & renovated luxuriously from 2007. It is located 10 min. from the sea in the historical village of Garlenda. A parking spot is available. For guests looking for relaxation, it is an ideal stay. Due to the size of the house (140 m²) everyone finds their private area. Shops are nearby. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a dining space for 6 people, a living room w/fire place & TV (flat) 42', a guest WC w/vanity and a large, partially covered terrace with summer furniture. A winding staircase leads to the 1st floor where you will find the 2 double bedrooms with SAT-TV, balcony, fireplace and bathroom. On the 2nd floor you will find a relax room with 2 single beds, a small living room (Studio), SAT-TV, a wine fridge and a roof terrace, It is equipped with summer furniture. The historical city of Garlenda is located 6 km from Alassio. The sea with its 3.5 km fine sand beach can easily be reached in a few minutes by car through level streets (no serpentine). In the village you will find small shops for daily needs. Coffee bars and typical Ligurian restaurants with stunning cuisine can be reached on foot. The village is very beautifully restored and has a well preserved castle from the medieval times (Castello Costa del Carretto) where different exhibitions, concerts and activities occur. The golf course can be played on throughout the year. Once a year 500 Fiat fans (old timer) meet in Garlenda. Local, typical products are offered at different village festivals and markets. For your entertainment, concerts and small theater pieces occur under the open sky. Garlenda is a good starting point for hikes in open nature.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental price is for a booking for up to 4 people. Included in the rental price are the cleaning of towels and bedsheets for 4 people and normal operating costs. € 90 will be charged for final cleaning. During the winter months, the consumption of heat costs will be seen and then charged, the same applies during the summer for the a/c. Since the house is located on the southern side, the heating costs are minimal. Security deposit: on your day of arrival, € 500 will be taken in cash by the landlord or representative as a security deposit. The money will be given back ont he day of departure if no damages occur.
  • During the summer season 2010 , 2 beach loungers, 1 studio chair and sun umbrella with a private changing room will be placed near the sea for you. (Applies for 2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years of age, more beach loungers can be rented, price according to the season) On the fine sand beach you will find cold and warm showers and well-kept restrooms. A small restaurant provides for your hunger. You can park before the beach free of charge.

Destinations and environment: Excursions to the Riviera in the natural back country will remain in the memory of all visitors. Almost all villages have a historical character and are located in a picturesque, romantic environment. Everywhere you can enjoy the typical Ligurian kitchen, with delicious appetizers (antipasti), noodle dishes (pasta), freshly caught fish, seafood and stunning fish dishes. Fresh vegetables. Local wines and different olive oils directly from the oil mill make for a nice souvenir. Directly along the coast the Via Aurelia leads from San Remo to Monte Carlo. Nice and Cannes are worth seeing. The Cinque Terre has a special charm and can be reached in about 1 hour. Detailed brochure material for different excursions can be found in the holiday home.

Golf: The golf course of Garlenda is located embedded in the Lerrone Valley, one of the most picturesque valleys in the Ligurian back country. The environment is rich with olive and pine trees. From the highest tee off holes, you can enjoy a beautiful sea and alpine view, whose summits are covered with snow during some winter months. The golf course has a length of 6085 meters and a par of 72. It is a challenge for professional golfers and a nice way to spend time for all golfers. The course can be played throughout the year.

Traumferien in Garlenda

Im Juni dieses Jahres haben wir mit Freunden zwei unvergessliche Urlaubswochen in Garlenda verlebt.
...und dies nicht nur wegen des Wetters.
Wir sind nachhaltig beeindruckt von dem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Selbst mit 4 Erwachsenen hatten wir mehr als genug Platz, sodass jeder seinen Bedürfnissen in Ruhe nachgehen konnte. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Durch die zentrale Lage an der Riviera lassen sich alle schönen Plätze und Städte innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen.
Sehr gerne werden wir versuchen auch im kommenden Jahr unseren Urlaub in Garlenda zu verbringen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Ende Juli, haben wir 2 Wochen, mit unseren 2 Kindern (14 und 11 Jahre alt), in diesem sehr sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht.Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Parkplatz ist auch in der Nähe. Restaurants, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bank sind dichte bei.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Dort ist es auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und können sogar ziemlich gut deutsch.
Laigueglia ist ein hübsches Städtchen.mit vielen Läden und netten Restaurants.
San Remo und Monaco erreicht man in ca. 1 Stunde.
In Villanova kann man tolles Olivenöl kaufen.
Insgesammt war es ein sehr schöner, sonniger Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Dieses Haus muß man empfehlen!!! Weil es keinen Anlass zum Meckern gibt.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (5 Jahre) Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni 2009 im Natursteinhaus Garlenda. Es war einfach super.
Das Haus ist mitten im Ort Garlenda gelegen, sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach nichts.
Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.
Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ausflüge nach Genua, Monaco und Nizza sind in ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto möglich.
Am Strand " Bagni Roma" ist man mit dem Auto problemlos (kostenfreier Parkplatz) in ca. 10 min.
Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Strand, WC/Dusche und die Umkleidekabine sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Eine Strandbar rundet einen schönen Strandtag mit Speis und Trank perfekt ab.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und fürsorgliche Gastgeber.
Wir werden im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen.

Ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren habe eine super Urlaub in Garlenda mit unseren beiden Kindern (2,5+4,5) verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts.

Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, bei dem man eine recht gute Auswahl hat und auch frische Brötchen kriegen kann. Schräg geneüber ist ein Metzger, der hatte aber wohl zur sleben Zeit Uralub wie wir. Der nächste große Supermakrt ist in Villanova d'Albengo.

Wir hatten super Wetter und die Kinder hatten einen Mordsspass am Strandplatz. Die Betreiber dort sind sehr nett, man kann auch Kleinigkeiten essen, hat eine Toilette, warme Dusche und einen abschliesbare eigene Umkleide.

Garlenda ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber mit dem Auto ist man in 10min in Alassio/Strand. Ohne Auto ist es etwas schwieriger, die Busse fahren nicht so oft. Mit 2 kleinen Kindern sollte man ein Auto dabeihaben.

Wir hatten keine Problem mit der Wendeltreppe, die Kinder schliefen zur Strasse hin. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist dort nicht unbedingt am besten aufgehoben, man hört die vorbeifahrenden Auto schon. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr angenehme, auch wenn es mal nicht so tolles Wetter hat, und man drin bleiben muss. Die Terasse ist klasse, wir habe dort praktisch täglich gefrühstückt bzw. gegegessen.

In Garlenda selbst gibt es verschiedene Lokale - leider isst man in Italien nicht so früh, was für unsere Kinder etwas sub-optimal war. Wir haben deshalb oft im Ferienhaus gegegessen, was aber auch gar ken Problem darstellte, alles war vorhanden.

Abschliesend kann man nur sagen ein super-Urlaub, die deutschen Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das die Wäsche+Handtücher inklusive sind, ist überdies sehr praktisch.

Wir können das Fereinhaus nur empfehlen.

Tolles Natursteinhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Garlenda
zusammen mit unserer Tochter, 16 Jahre, verbracht. Wir waren noch nie in einem so gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Unsere Vermieter haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Wetter hat sich Ende August/Anfang September auch von seiner besten Seite gezeigt, sodass wir die schöne Terrasse auch gerne zum Frühstücken genutzt haben. Der Strand und vor allem die schöne, lange Strandpromenade zwischen Alassio und
Laiguelia war wunderschön, sodass man nach einem guten Essen noch einen schönen Spaziergang machen konnte. Nach dem abendlichen Bummel in Alassio haben
wir uns auch wieder auf die Ruhe in unserem Ferienhaus
gefreut. Ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt konnte man
Einkaufen, Apotheke und Post waren auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit, wofür wir uns nochmals bedanken möchten.
Mit dem Auto und der Autobahn in der Nähe sind andere
interessante Städte wie z.B. San Remo, Genua und auch
Monaco schnell zu erreichen.
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
