The villa with a private pool is located in a park of 6000 m² with Mediterranean plants. Olive groves and mixed forests surround the park. A private driveway leads to the villa. For guests looking for relaxation, it is the ideal holiday stay for a lot of luxury. The guests have 5 different spacious terraces with sun loungers and cosy seats available. Well-kept lawns invite you to go sunbathing and relaxing after swimming. The villa was completely renovated in 2007. The furnishing is elegant, luxurious and corresponds with sophisticated demands. An apartment can be provided for 2 people for a maid or guests. The altogether 160 m² living space separates onto 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a dining space for 6 people, dining and living room, bathroom and 3 outdoor terraces. On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom with a covered outdoor terrace, 1 bedroom with terrace, 1 bathroom with whirlpool, 1 cloak room. 3 SAT-TV, DVD, CD, internet.

The Franzione Bassanco is located 3 km from the golf course Garlenda (18 hole par 72) and a 10 min. drive from Alassio with a fine beach (about 3.5 km long) where you will find a private beach with a private cabin. From the villa the view reaches to the very beautifully preserved, privately used castle Poggiolo, surrounded by cypresses and eucalyptus trees and an attractive, small church. The small river Lerrone runs below the park area. The environment offers a great panorama view, enchanting options for excursions to Monte Carlo, Nice, San Remo, Genoa or also to Cinque Terre. Opportunities to purchase local products from producers. Olive oil direct from the oil mill, stunning wines from the vineyards. Different markets offer local products. In small restaurants or inns you can try the diverse Ligurian delicacies, fresh fish, homemade pasta, antipasti with local, tasty wines.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental price applies for a booking of up to 4 people. Included in the rental price are towels and bedsheets and normal operating costs. The final cleaning is € 120. The heating is billed according to consumption. Security deposit: on the day of arrival, € 500 in cash will be accepted by the landlord or the representative as a security deposit. The money will be given back upon departure if no damages occur.
  • During the summer season 2010 , 2 beach loungers, 1 studio chair and sun umbrella in the first row by the sea will be provided free of charge with a changing cabin. (Applies for 2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years of age, more beach loungers can be rented, price according to season). On the fine beach you will find cold and warm showers, and well-kept restrooms. A small restaurant provides you for your hunger. You can park free of charge in front of the beach.

Golf: 3 km from the villa is the Garlenda Golf Club. In Lerrone valley, one of the most picturesque valleys of the Ligurian back country, rich with pine trees and olive trees. From the highest tee off spaces you can enjoy a wonderful sea and alpine view, whose summits are covered with snow during many months of the year. The course has a length of 6085 meters and a par of 72 and is a challenge for professional golfers and a comfortable time for all golfers. The golf course can be played throughout the year.

Es fällt mir sehr schwer meine Eindrücke so in Worte zu fasen, dass Sie der Villa, dem Grundstück und natürlich den netten Vermietern gerecht werden.
Wir haben zu 4 Erwachsenen Anfang Oktober eine unvergessliche Woche in der Villa verbracht.
Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Villa, die Schönheit und Gepflegtheit der Parkanlagen übertreffen die Bilder und Beschreibungen bei Fewo-direkt bei weitem. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hand- und Badetücher waren in verschwenderischem Maße vorhanden. Es gab sogar einen hauseigenen Kräuterrgarten, indem wir uns nach Herzenslust bedienen durften.
Die Vermieter, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, haben uns in Ihrer unaufdringlichen charmanten Art sehr gut betreut und waren immer um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht. Dabei haben Sie stets unsere Privatsphäre bewahrt.
Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde.Danke.
Für diejenigen, die diese räumliche Nähe nicht mögen, hat das Vermieterehepaar das perfekte Stadthaus im 3km entfernten Garlenda zu bieten. Ähnlicher Luxus, leider jedoch ohne Pool und parkähnlichem Grundstück, dafür aber mit dem Vorteil der Nähe zum Supermarkt und Restaurants, ohne jedesmal das Auto bewegen zu müssen.

Ferinvilla in Alassio

Unser Urlaub in Italien war traumhaft. Dazu beigetragen hat natürlich die Villa und die Vermieter. Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft schön. Sie hat alles um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Die Vermieter tragen natürlich auch dazu bei. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war der schönste Urlaub bis jetzt und wir waren schon in vielen Orten und Häusern. Aber diese Villa hat alle übertroffen in Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit, einfach in allem. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, gr0ß und gepflegt. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder hin fahren.

Traumurlaub

Leider ist unser Urlaub schon vorbei. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (3 Jahre) gereist. Die Beschreibung hier bei FeWo-direkt stimmt zu 100% mit dem überein was wir vorgefunden haben. Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und wir durften uns sogar an den Kräuterbeeten bedienen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett uns stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Am Strand bei Giorgina trifft man die beiden dann auch schon mal auf einen kleinen Plausch. Empfehlen kann ich die Landhausvilla jedem der bereit ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand zu fahren. Dafür wird man oben in Bassanico mit absoluter Ruhe belohnt. Kurz, es war einfach schön.
Ein kurzer Hinweis noch an die Biker:
Da wir dieses Jahr absolut nicht im Training waren haben wir unsere Mountainbikes nicht mitgenommen, haben aber sehnsüchtig die Landschaft inspiziert und für mehr als Mountainbike tauglich befunden. Oberhalb von Garlenda haben wir auf der Panoramastraße sogar einen Hinweis auf eine Downhillstrecke entdeckt.

Traumhaft!

Wenn wir nach nunmehr einem Monat an unseren, leider viel zu kurzen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Landhausvilla Bassanico zurückdenken, kommen wir einfach nur ins Schwärmen und möchten am liebsten die Koffer packen und gen Ligurien durchstarten.
Einfach alles hat gestimmt. Es war traumhaft schön. Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnte sich einfach nur pahantastisch erholen.
Die Beurteilung erfolgt so spät, da es schwer fällt, in Worte zu fassen, wie schön wir es fanden.
Auf Details einzugehen ist nicht notwendig, da für uns einfach alles perfekt war.
Ich hoffe, wir finden bald wieder ein Zeitfenster in welchem wir Urlaub nehmen können und die Villa noch nicht ausgebucht ist.
Glückwunsch all jenen, die den Aufenthalt noch vor sich haben.
